Weekday opening runs from 7 in the morning until 3:30 in the afternoon, with no inert material accepted after 3, and Saturday runs from 8 until 11:30 in the morning with no inert material after 11. Through the colder months, roughly mid-November to April, Saturday opening is reduced to the second Saturday of the month only, so it is worth calling to confirm. Sunday is closed.
Two of the facility's own rules will show up on your bill if you ignore them. First, material is priced by what it is, which is why sorting matters so much here. Second, and this is the one that catches people, any load not properly secured or tarped is charged double. Drivers tarp before they roll, so that is handled, but a container filled above the rail is harder to secure, so keeping the load level protects you.
