Any additional requests must reach the department at least three weeks before the event, and entertainment permits need approval from the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners. The Parks, Recreation and Waterfront office is at 645 Pine Street, Suite B, on 802-864-0123.
Other parks. The City rents shelters and park space through its Parks, Recreation and Waterfront department, so ask there for any park other than Battery Park.

Choose firm, level ground the truck can reach, close to the street or a driveway. On a steep lot, place the unit on a flat pad near the top. In winter, keep a shoveled path and shelter the unit from lake wind.
Keep units at least 15 feet from food and away from storm drains that run to the lake. At a park event, place the accessible unit on the flattest, firmest ground near the main path. On a Burlington job site, keep units near the crew.
