Everyday construction and cleanout debris is fine. The limits come from Oklahoma state rules and from what the local sites will take.
Hazardous material is always out: liquids, fuel, solvents, paint, pesticides, and asbestos. Oklahoma has adopted the federal used oil rules, so used oil from a business has to be tested before disposal and handled as hazardous waste if it fails, and the state says the same about spent solvents in its vehicle waste guidance.
Yard waste has its own route. The regional green waste site takes leaves, grass, and tree limbs only, and it accepts no trash and no flood debris, so brush and construction debris cannot be mixed in one drop.
Paint, chemicals, and similar household products belong at the household pollutant collection site rather than in a container.
Loads also have to travel covered. Bixby requires collection vehicles to be built and covered so nothing leaks, spills, or blows out on the road, which is why we ask you to keep debris level with the top rail. Tires, appliances with a cooling unit, and mattresses are usually billed per piece, so flag them when you book, and ask your account manager about anything you are unsure of.
