One duty falls on us rather than on you. The ordinance makes the supplying company responsible alongside the property owner for keeping the container in good condition and free of graffiti, which your account manager handles as part of the service.
Nearly everything a Lee's Summit remodel produces will load. The limits come from Missouri's rules and from the receiving site's own list.

The city's public disposal area, along with its yard waste and household hazardous waste sites, sits at the Resource Recovery Park on SE Hamblen Road. The City of Lee's Summit owns the site but, in its own words, disposal there is available through the city's contractor, so we name it by address and leave the operator unnamed.
That contract arrangement is why we issue no facility card for Lee's Summit. The nearest demolition landfill in Jackson County is recorded with no owner and no operator of record on the state facility layer, and public ownership on its own is not enough for us to put a site in front of you.
What is firm is the paperwork. A licensed hauler in Lee's Summit has to name the precise disposal location in its application and report the method of disposal to the city every quarter, so the destination of your load is a matter of record either way.
