Start with volume, then check the weight. We carry five sizes, from 10 to 40 yards.
The 10-Yard Dumpster is our smallest container, and in a village of narrow lots it is often the practical one. It fits a bathroom gut, a single-room cleanout, or a garden project, and it suits brick and concrete, which reach the weight limit well before filling it.
The 15-Yard Dumpster covers a garage cleanout, a flooring tear-out, or a small roof job, with real extra room and no jump to the next price tier.
The 20-Yard Dumpster is the size most households settle on. A full attic and cellar cleanout, or a remodel across several rooms, fits with margin left.
The 30-Yard Dumpster handles larger renovations, new builds, barn work, and demolition. It earns its keep when a job turns out mixed material in quantity.
The 40-Yard Dumpster is our largest, meant for commercial construction, major demolition, and industrial cleanouts with real tonnage behind them.
Not sure where your job lands, or whether the drive will take the bigger container? Describe it to your account manager and they'll size it with you.
