in Conway
At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals across Conway, Arkansas, and the Faulkner County towns around it. Units serve construction crews on the subdivisions and commercial pads spreading out along the interstate, campus and athletic events at the colleges, road and utility work, farm and lake property projects, church gatherings and the downtown festival events that close a street for a weekend.
Your cost depends on which unit you take, how many, how long they stay, and how often we come to service them. Below are our price ranges, the counts we plan around, a straight answer on what Conway does and does not require, and how to get units on site in time.
A three-day rental sits behind every figure in that table, which matches how weekend bookings in Conway are written. Keeping a unit from Friday to Sunday usually costs what a Saturday alone would, so book the span you actually want.
Longer work is quoted monthly. A residential build off Dave Ward Drive, or a commercial site near the interstate, is written in four-week cycles with a weekly cleaning included, and the weekly figure falls a long way on that footing.
How often we come out is the next thing that moves the price. Each trip empties the tank, washes the unit down and replaces paper and sanitizer. An Arkansas August, or a crowded two-day event, usually means a second trip in the week.
Distance plays a part too, since plenty of Conway work sits out on county roads. A unit on firm ground beside a drivable lane is cheap to service, while one at the end of a long gravel drive or behind a locked construction gate costs the driver time. Your account manager will talk all of it through before you book.

Request a Quote NowWork out your crowd or crew size first, then the hours. Prime Dumpster builds orders around these figures:
Neither Conway nor the state of Arkansas publishes a guest-to-unit ratio, so these are planning numbers rather than a legal floor. We would rather tell you that than quote a rule that does not exist. Our porta potty calculator gives you a quick working figure, and your account manager will shape it around your real hours and crowd.
Match the unit to the people using it and to how long they will be there. The full range is on our porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty is the everyday choice. One stall holding a toilet, a urinal, a paper holder and sanitizer, which covers crews, home projects and small gatherings.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty is wider, sits flat on the ground with no step, and has grab bars and room for a wheelchair to turn. Any public event should carry one.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty has a flushing bowl and much better odor control, which guests notice at a wedding, a reunion or a graduation party.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink fits a sink, soap and a mirror into the stall, so guests wash up without joining a second line.
The Solar Porta Potty lights and ventilates itself from a solar panel, which is worth having on lake property, hunting leases and evening events far from an outlet.
The Handwashing Station is a freestanding sink with clean water, soap and towels. Put one by the food and one where the crew takes a break in the heat.
The Restroom Trailer carries several stalls, running water and climate control. It is the answer for weddings, corporate days and sites you will hold for months.
Still choosing? Walk your account manager through the guest list or the crew roster and they will build the order.
On private ground, including your own yard, a driveway, a farm or a fenced job site, you normally will not need a City permit in Conway.
Streets and the right-of-way: The Conway Transportation Department maintains the local road network and publishes the permit forms that go with it, including a street cut and excavation permit for work in the street right of way, a driveway permit and an event permit. The department sits at 800 S Harkrider Street and answers at 501-450-6165, and the form list is on the Transportation Department page. Call before you plan anything that sits in the road or blocks a sidewalk.
Events: The City's special event application covers assemblies, demonstrations, special events and parades. It goes to the Conway Police Department Records Division at 1105 Prairie Street, no later than 45 days before the date and no sooner than 180 days before, and nothing is considered until the whole application is in. The form asks you to list every street you want blocked, with closing and reopening times and the number of barricades, and it asks whether food or alcohol will be served. If it is approved, you sign a hold harmless agreement before the event starts, and the City can revoke the permit beforehand if any condition is not met.
What Conway does not require: The City's event application asks nothing about restrooms, portable toilets or sanitation capacity, and we could find no City or state ratio anywhere. That means the counts above are planning guidance rather than an enforceable minimum. If you need something in writing for a venue, a campus or an insurer, your account manager will put the question to the City on your behalf and come back with the answer from the right office rather than a guess.
Because the application is circulated to the Street Department, the City Engineer and the Sanitation Department among others, flagging your restroom plan in the application itself is the simplest way to get it reviewed.
The spot you choose does more for a week-long rental than any other decision.
Firm and level is the goal. A tilted unit is miserable to use, and soft ground near Cadron Creek or a freshly graded pad will bog a service truck after rain. Keep the approach clear of low limbs, narrow gates and parked vehicles.
Hold units at least 15 feet from food service and well back from wells, creeks and storm inlets. On a job site, keep them within about 200 feet of the work so crews are not losing break time walking. At an event, split them into clusters rather than one long bank, and set the accessible units on flat ground with a clear path to them.
One cleaning visit a week comes with a standard rental. Larger crews, Arkansas summer heat and multi-day events all push that higher.
Arkansas controls who may empty a unit. The Arkansas Department of Health requires a Septic Tank Cleaner License for anyone cleaning or pumping septic tanks, holding tanks, marine sanitation devices or portable toilets, and the license depends on passing a state examination the Department offers ten times a year, from January through October. That license is the thing to ask about if a cut-price operator ever quotes you for servicing. Ask your account manager to lock in the service frequency and to look over your placement plan.

Most Conway porta potty orders can be on site within 24 to 48 hours. Give us three to five days and we can match the units to the job properly. For a wedding, a festival weekend or a home game date, allow several weeks, because central Arkansas books those together.
These five tips keep a delivery smooth:
Prime Dumpster arranges porta potty delivery across Conway and the Faulkner County and central Arkansas communities nearby, including Greenbrier, Vilonia, Mayflower, Mount Vernon, Guy, Sherwood, Jacksonville, North Little Rock, Little Rock, Cabot and Bryant. Whether your project sits in a new subdivision, on a county road, by Lake Conway, or in a downtown block closed for a weekend, we plan the delivery, the service visits and the pickup around your dates.
Expect $199–$349 for a standard unit and $200–$300 for an accessible one. The deluxe flushing and sink models sit at $300–$400, a solar unit runs $500–$600, a handwashing station is $150–$250, and trailers open at $1,500. Your account manager pins the figure down in a free quote once the count is set.
Conway sets no required ratio, so plan on one unit for every 50 guests over about four hours, with 15 to 20 percent more if alcohol is served. A 100-guest reception usually comes to two or three units. Add a handwashing station by the food and one accessible unit in each cluster.
With no state safety plan in Arkansas, the federal construction table governs private job sites. Crews of twenty or fewer manage with a single facility. Larger crews need a toilet seat and a urinal for each forty workers, dropping to each fifty once you pass two hundred. Keep your account manager posted on crew size.
Once a week is what a standard rental buys you. On each visit the driver empties the tank, cleans the bowl and floor, wipes down the surfaces and restocks supplies. Arkansas summer heat, a large crew or a two-day event can push that to two or three visits, which your account manager will arrange.
Normally no. A unit on your own yard, driveway, farm or fenced job site needs no City of Conway permit. Work that sits in a street or blocks a sidewalk goes through the Transportation Department, and an event on public ground needs a special event permit. Your account manager can check which one applies to you.
The standard model is a narrow stall with a toilet, a urinal and sanitizer. The accessible model is wider, sits flat with no step up, carries grab bars and leaves clear floor for a wheelchair to turn. Every cluster at a public event should include one. Units reserved for a construction crew fall outside that rule.
A three-day rental is the basis for every range above, so a weekend is already the standard booking. That puts a standard unit at $199–$349, a deluxe flushing unit at $300–$400 and a handwashing station at $150–$250. Delivery slot, servicing and pickup are all confirmed by your account manager.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We will work out the unit count, schedule the cleaning, and quote you a straight figure on the call.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
