Find Sustainable Porta Potty
in Rogers
At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals throughout Rogers, Arkansas, and the Benton County towns spreading north and west of it. Construction here runs hard: subdivision phases, corporate campus work, trail building and road widening, while events fill the downtown district, the ballfields, the Beaver Lake shoreline and the fairgrounds from spring through fall.
What you pay reflects the model, the number of units, the length of the booking and the service pattern. Below are our ranges, the Arkansas rule that actually sets a number of units, the City permit that covers a parking space or a sidewalk, where the contents are allowed to go, and our lead times.
Arkansas is unusual in setting a statewide trigger for portable toilets, and that shapes a Rogers quote from the first phone call. Once 25 or more people are on a site for more than four hours with no permanent toilets available, portable toilets have to be there. Plenty of smaller gatherings and work areas cross that line without the organizer realizing, and we would rather flag it than let somebody find out the hard way.
Disposal distance is the second driver. The state allows only one route for what comes out of a unit, which is a public sewer the service company holds a contract with. That keeps the haul predictable but it also means the route cannot be shortened, so a job deep in the county carries real drive time on every visit.
Third is the season. Northwest Arkansas summers are hot and humid, which argues for more frequent service on anything public-facing, and spring storms affect ground conditions on unpaved sites more than they do the calendar.
Fourth is the length of the booking. Our ranges assume about three days on site, so a weekend is the base case, while a long construction phase moves to a longer rate with service visits built in.

Run the arithmetic through our porta potty calculator, then let your account manager reconcile the state floor with the comfort figure before the order goes in.
Pick for the user and for the humidity. The full range sits on our porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty is the workhorse on a Rogers build: one enclosed stall with toilet, urinal, paper holder and sanitizer.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty is wider, enters at grade and has grab bars with room for a wheelchair to turn, and it belongs in every public grouping.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty adds a flushing bowl and far better odor control, which earns its cost in an Arkansas August.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink holds the basin, soap and mirror inside the stall and keeps a reception line moving.
The Solar Porta Potty powers light and fan from a roof panel, which suits trail work, a lakeshore project or a field with no supply.
The Handwashing Station stands separately with clean water, soap and single-use towels, and it belongs beside every food vendor.
The Restroom Trailer arrives as a small air-conditioned building with plumbed stalls, which is the right call for a wedding or a long campus project.
Give your account manager the headcount, the ground and the dates, and they will put the mix together.
Nothing is needed from the City for a unit on your own property. The City controls the public right-of-way through one permit with named categories, and it is worth knowing which one you are asking for.
The category you want is temporary closure. The City's ROW Use Permit lists six types, and most of them are about digging or driveways. The one that fits us covers any person proposing to temporarily use or block a portion of a public street, right-of-way, property or easement so that it is unusable by the general public, which the City says takes in sidewalks, sidepaths, trails, parking spaces and parking lots. Its own examples include placing equipment and work trailers in public parking spaces or right-of-way for work on adjacent property.
Approval comes before the unit arrives. The City says completion and approval of the permit is required prior to closing any public facility or placing any equipment within public spaces, with start and end dates, a site plan showing the location and the facility affected, and an approved traffic control plan for anything in a street or on a trail.
Good news on the bond. The City states that no bond is required for a temporary closure, because no work is being performed within the public right-of-way, though you still agree to repair any damage you cause. The fee line on the form offers a no fee required option, so ask what applies to your case rather than assuming a charge.
Events run on a separate track. The temporary closure category says in terms that it does not include events, which are permitted separately, so an event organizer should ask about both. The Department of Community Development is at 301 West Chestnut Street and takes permit questions on 479-621-1117, with the main City line on 479-621-1100. Your account manager will tell you which route your job needs before anything is loaded.
Set units on firm, level ground a truck can reach without a long reverse, and look for shade on a summer site. Keep 15 feet or more from food service and drinking water, stay clear of inlets draining toward the Beaver Lake watershed, and include an accessible model in every grouping on an event site. Check the door label too, because in Arkansas it has to carry the owner's name, phone number and the date of the last service.
Disposal is where Arkansas is strictest, and it is simple to explain. The contents of a portable toilet count as untreated sewage and may not be land applied under any circumstances. The only acceptable route is into a public sewer system that the licensed service company holds a contract with, and that contract is on file with the state. Anyone offering you a cheaper disposal story in this state is describing something the rules do not allow.
The rental side is licensed too. Arkansas requires anyone engaged in the rental, leasing or maintenance of portable toilets to be a licensed septic tank cleaner, so that state license sits with the company supplying the unit rather than only with the pumper. Your account manager will confirm the arrangements in writing with the order.
A service visit pumps the tank, sanitizes the interior, recharges the deodorizing solution and restocks paper, soap and towels. The state expects the holding chamber to be pumped and recharged on a regular basis to keep the unit working as designed. Weekly is our baseline, and we recommend twice weekly for summer events and food service. Settle the frequency and the collection date with your account manager up front.

Most Rogers orders are on site within 24 to 48 hours, and three to five days secures a particular model. Festival weekends, tournament dates and holiday weekends book out far earlier, so plan those in weeks.
Five habits that keep a delivery on time:
Prime Dumpster arranges porta potty delivery across Rogers and the Benton County communities beside it, including Bentonville, Centerton, Lowell, Cave Springs, Pea Ridge and Garfield, and south through Springdale toward the university towns. Five of our Arkansas porta potty pages sit within about 23 road miles and are linked below, which is fewer than most of our markets because the rest of this state's pages are two hours or more away. Whether yours is a subdivision phase, a trail project or a festival weekend, we plan delivery, service and collection around your dates.
Standard units are $199–$349 here and accessible units $200–$300. Flushing and sink models cost $300–$400, solar units $500–$600, trailers begin at $1,500 and a washing station runs $150–$250. Long county routes and extra summer visits are quoted openly.
Arkansas sets a floor of one unit for every 100 people or fraction, triggered once 25 or more are present for over four hours without permanent toilets. For comfort we plan one unit per 50 guests over about four hours, add 15 to 20 percent with alcohol, and use whichever number is higher.
Arkansas has no state plan, so the national table governs: one facility for 20 workers or fewer, one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 above that, and one of each per 50 at 200 workers. The state ratio applies too, so plan to whichever figure comes out higher.
Weekly is our baseline, and Arkansas expects the holding chamber to be pumped and recharged with disinfectant regularly so the unit keeps working as designed. We move to twice weekly for summer events and food service. The door label has to show the date of the last service.
A unit on your own ground in Rogers needs no City permit. The permit applies once part of it occupies a street, sidewalk, trail, parking space or parking lot, and the category to ask for is temporary closure. Events are permitted on a separate track.
A standard unit gives one narrow stall holding a toilet, a urinal and sanitizer. The accessible version is wider, enters at grade with no step, and carries grab bars with clear floor space for a wheelchair to turn. Any grouping open to the public should include one.
A Rogers weekend sits inside the three-day window our ranges are priced around, so nothing is added for the Saturday. Count on $199–$349 for a standard stall, $300–$400 for a deluxe flushing unit and $150–$250 for a washing station. The state ratio still applies if the crowd passes 25 for four hours.
Tell us the project or the event, your zip code and roughly how many people will be on site and for how long. We will apply the Arkansas trigger, compare it with the comfort figure, and build a service schedule that holds up in the heat.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
