in St. Peters
At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals across St. Peters, Missouri, a planned St. Charles County city that grew from farmland to one of the largest in the state inside a generation. Construction demand runs on commercial redevelopment along Mid Rivers Mall Drive, infill and teardown work in the earlier subdivisions, and road and stormwater projects, while the event side is dominated by the city's large recreation complex, ballfield tournaments and the lakes and trails.
Your cost follows the model, the stall count, the booking length and how often a truck returns. Below are the ranges, the two counts a St. Peters crew or crowd works from, which government actually holds the answer here, and the delivery timing to plan on.
The ranges are built on a three day rental. A Saturday only booking in St. Peters therefore usually costs what the whole weekend costs, because the truck makes the same delivery and collection trips.
Tournament scheduling is the St. Peters cost driver. The city's recreation complex runs brackets back to back through the warm months, which means the same dates are wanted by several organizers at once and the stalls that remain late are not always the models you would choose. Booking the date rather than the week is what protects the order.
How long the stalls stay moves the next piece. A two day bracket and a nine month commercial rebuild price on different footings, and on a long St. Peters job the weekly figure eases once the first month passes. A humid St. Charles County July often justifies a second service stop each week.
Ground and access finish it. A stall on firm ground near a parking drive is quick to set and quick to empty, while one out by a field, behind a gate, or down a trail spur costs the driver time. Your account manager will go through the staging before anything is confirmed.

Request a Quote NowSt. Peters has one written answer and one planning figure. Crews are covered federally. Gatherings are not covered by a published ratio in the city or the county.
For a St. Peters tournament the useful refinement is to count the peak hour on the busiest field rather than the whole day's entries, because that is what the stalls actually have to serve. Our porta potty calculator turns that figure into a count, and your account manager will check it against the complex.
Who uses the stall and for how many weeks picks the model. Everything is listed on the porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty carries a toilet, urinal, paper holder and sanitizer in one compact stall, and it is what the field rows at a St. Peters tournament are built from.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty is broader, level at the doorway, and carries grab bars with wheelchair turning room. Public St. Peters events want one in every group.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty flushes and controls odor much better, which parents and players notice by the second day of a bracket.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink holds a sink, soap and mirror inside the stall, and it suits a lakeside reception or a guest facing party.
The Solar Porta Potty powers its light and fan from a roof panel, which helps on trail and lake work and at evening events away from a power drop.
The Handwashing Station is a freestanding sink with clean water, soap and towels, and concession rows at a St. Peters tournament are exactly where it belongs.
The Restroom Trailer tows in with separate stalls, plumbing and climate control, and larger St. Peters functions and long sites justify it.
Not sure which to pick? Give your account manager the crew size or the bracket size and the order follows.
On ground you control, or inside the fence of an active St. Peters site, no permit covers the unit itself. The useful thing to understand here is which government has nothing to say, because it saves a wasted call.
St. Charles County publishes what it regulates, and portable restrooms are not on the list. The county's Environmental Division sets out its own duties: food preparation facilities, lodging, day care centers, body art studios, solid waste oversight, public swimming and fitness centers and tanning businesses, alongside mosquito control, recycling and natural resource monitoring. There is no portable restroom item on it and no county event restroom table. That is a published statement of the division's own functions rather than an absence of search results, which is what makes it a usable answer.
The one county permit that looks close does not fit. The county runs an onsite wastewater treatment system permit, required to install, alter, expand or repair such a system, and issued in unincorporated St. Charles County and in cities where the county contracts to do it. That is scoped to a fixed septic system in the ground, not to a portable unit set down for a weekend, so nothing from it carries over to a restroom order. It is worth naming because the two subjects sound alike.
This is the opposite of the St. Louis County pattern. Across the river, the county health department runs a portable restroom permit and an event sanitation permit that reach most of its cities. St. Charles County does not. So a St. Peters organizer has one fewer approval to chase than a counterpart in Florissant or Maryland Heights, and the question moves to the city.
At city level, plan on private ground and ask first for anything else. St. Peters publishes block party and parade permits and excavation permits among its licenses and permits, which are the routes a street placement would run through. The city's own pages would not serve us today and its ordinances are published through a code host that served nothing, so nothing from the St. Peters code is quoted here and no city rule is asserted in either direction. An unpublished administrative route may well exist, so a street or park placement is a question for the city before you book, never an assumption.
Where the waste goes. Missouri treats portable restroom contents as hauled sewage and puts the duty on the owner or operator to route it either to a treatment plant able to receive it or to a company in the pumping and disposal business. State contractor registration is voluntary and left to counties to adopt, and St. Charles County publishes none. Your account manager can pin down the disposal arrangements for a St. Peters order.
Not sure whether your spot is city ground? Your account manager can check before delivery is scheduled.
On a complex this big, placement is about the walk and the truck lane together.
Firm, level ground comes first. St. Peters was built on old bottomland, so the lower corners of a site hold water and stay soft for days after a storm. Plywood or a small stone pad near the drive handles it.
Keep units at least 15 feet from any concession or food service and well back from the storm inlets, lakes and detention basins that run through the city. On a St. Peters job, set them near the crew and clear of the machine route.
At an event, spread the order into clusters by field rather than one long row near the entrance. People will use the nearest stall, and a single row at the gate means the far fields get walked past and the near stalls get hammered.
Weekly service is the baseline. A full bracket weekend, a big crew or a humid stretch usually justifies a second stop. A St. Peters service call drains the tank, scrubs bowl and floor, wipes the surfaces and puts paper and sanitizer back.
Leave a lane the service truck can use without crossing a playing surface. Your account manager will set the pattern and the access route before the first delivery.

Most St. Peters orders can be on site within 24 to 48 hours, and three to five days lets the exact combination be loaded. For a tournament weekend, a city festival or a holiday, allow several weeks, because the whole St. Charles County corridor books those dates together.
Five habits that keep a St. Peters delivery clean:
Prime Dumpster arranges porta potty deliveries across St. Peters and the St. Charles County communities around it, including St. Charles, O'Fallon, Cottleville, Dardenne Prairie, Weldon Spring, Lake St. Louis, Wentzville, Harvester and St. Paul, with Maryland Heights and Hazelwood east over the Missouri River. Whether your site sits by the rec complex, along Mid Rivers, or out toward the bottoms, the delivery and service follow your dates.
A standard stall is priced $199–$349 and an accessible one $200–$300. Flushing and sink units sit at $300–$400, solar at $500–$600, and a trailer opens at $1,500. Quantity, time on site and visit frequency account for the rest. Your account manager gives you the firm figure in your quote.
Begin with one unit per 50 guests across four hours, adding 15 to 20 percent if alcohol is served. A hundred St. Peters guests works out at two or three stalls. Neither St. Peters nor St. Charles County publishes a ratio, so your account manager will size it against your venue.
St. Peters crews work from the federal table, since Missouri runs no state plan of its own. A St. Peters crew of twenty or fewer is served by one toilet facility. From twenty one workers the table adds a toilet seat and a urinal for every forty, then for every fifty above two hundred. A washing facility is expected wherever a St. Peters crew is working.
Weekly handles most St. Peters rentals. A service call empties the tank, scrubs the bowl and floor, wipes the surfaces and restocks paper and sanitizer. A full tournament weekend, a large crew or a humid week generally needs two. Your account manager fixes the rhythm with you.
On your own lot or inside a closed St. Peters site, no. For city ground or a street the city publishes block party, parade and excavation permits, and that is where to start. Your account manager can confirm which description fits your location.
A standard unit is a single slim stall with a toilet, urinal and sanitizer. An accessible stall is wider, level at the threshold, and brings grab bars with wheelchair turning space. A St. Peters event open to the public needs one. A fenced St. Peters crew site turns on who is on it.
Since each range assumes three days, a St. Peters weekend is the base case rather than a premium. Standard stalls come to $199–$349, flushing units $300–$400 and handwashing stations $150–$250 on that footing. Your account manager will agree the drop, the service and the collection.
Tell us about the St. Peters event or project and include your zip code. For a tournament, send the field layout as well, because that is what sets the clusters.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager keeps the St. Peters order organized, from the cluster count and service frequency to the city permit contact and the delivery window, so the tournament or the build stays yours.
