Find Sustainable Porta Potty
in Beverly
At Prime Dumpster, we arrange porta potty rentals across Beverly, Massachusetts, from Cabot Street and the harbor out through Ryal Side, North Beverly, Montserrat and along the shore to Prides Crossing and Beverly Farms. The work splits by season and by geography. Construction covers downtown infill, college and school projects, airport-side commercial work and a steady run of coastal additions, while events fill the summer, from Lynch Park concerts and Independence Park gatherings to road races and school field days.
Price depends on the model, the unit count, the booking length and the service frequency. Below are our ranges, the Beverly permit shape that catches most people out, and the Massachusetts rules that set your count.
Timing within the calendar year is the first Beverly quirk to understand. The City's container permits expire on 31 December whatever month they were issued in. So a permit taken out in November has weeks of life and one taken out in February has nearly a full year. That is a real planning point on a long job, and the permit section below explains where it comes from.
The second lever is which models you order. A standard unit and an accessible one are close together in price. A flushing model or a trailer is a different class of spend. For a harbor-side wedding or a Lynch Park function, the flushing model is what the booking is for. For a commercial shell it adds nothing.
Access is the third factor, and Beverly splits cleanly. The downtown and the airport-side commercial streets are straightforward for a service truck. The shore road through Prides Crossing and Beverly Farms is narrow, hedged and tight on turns, so a unit a few miles out costs more driver time than one on Cabot Street.

Our porta potty calculator gives the first figure. Your account manager then tests it against your peak hour and the layout of the ground.
Start from who uses the unit and how long it stands on the ground. Details of every unit type are on the porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty is the everyday unit on a Beverly job. It is one private stall with a toilet, a urinal, paper and sanitizer.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty is the larger cabin with a grade-level entry and fitted handrails. Massachusetts wrote its accessible rule about this model, so it belongs in any cluster the public can use.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty flushes and keeps odors down. On the Beverly shore that is what a wedding or a club function is paying for.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink holds a sink, soap and mirror inside the stall, so guests do not stand in two lines.
The Solar Porta Potty takes its light and fan from a roof panel. For an evening booking at Lynch Park or a coastal site with no supply, it is the model that works after dark.
The Handwashing Station is the stand-alone unit federal rules make compulsory at a workplace. It carries clean water, soap and single-use towels, and one belongs beside each food vendor.
The Restroom Trailer houses several private stalls with running water and climate control. On a long Beverly project or a guest-facing event it is the piece people notice.
Tell your account manager how the ground sits and they will assemble the mix.
Beverly runs the most unusual permit shape in this part of the state, and it is worth understanding even though it is written about waste containers rather than restrooms. The City's solid waste chapter opens with an article devoted to containers. The permit is the Board of Health's, and it expires on 31 December whenever it was issued. On top of that, Beverly requires a per-container permit held by the property owner or occupant, running alongside the supplier's own permit. Both expire on the same date. That two-sided structure is unusual: in most Massachusetts cities the supplier holds the paperwork and the customer holds none, and here the customer holds a document of their own.
What that means for you is a question rather than an answer, and we will not pretend otherwise. That article's own subject is waste containers, so nothing here claims it reaches a portable restroom. The point is the posture it reveals. Beverly is a city that will put a permit in the property owner's name, and it runs those permits on the calendar year, so a Beverly site is worth one call to the Board of Health before a long placement rather than after it. City Hall is at 191 Cabot Street and the switchboard is 978-921-6000.
The Health Department's own published scope is short and checkable. Its Environmental Health section lists eleven topics: asbestos, disposal of medication, syringes, lightbulbs and batteries containing mercury, a hazardous waste day, housing rental unit inspections, low-cost legal advice, mold, lead, pest control, recreational camps for children, septic systems and tobacco. A portable sanitation unit is not among them. So on the Beverly roster there is nothing naming portable toilets, and the septic systems function is the nearest relative because portable toilet waste is handled as septage.
On private ground, no Beverly permit is published for a portable restroom. For a street or sidewalk, treat the public way as separately controlled, as it is in every city around here, and get the issuing office named before a delivery is booked.
One limitation, stated plainly. Beverly's ordinances sit with a national code service whose robots file asks automated readers not to crawl it. We honor that request rather than looking for a way around it. Both the publisher and the client are certain. The ordinance wording itself is not available to us, so the permit shape above comes from our own earlier reading of that chapter and the department scope comes from the City's pages.
Units want firm, level ground with a straight approach for a service truck. Keep them 15 feet clear of food service. Stay well back from the harbor edge and from the drains running to Beverly Harbor and the Bass River. On a work site, sit within roughly 200 feet of the crew. At an event, break units into clusters at the busy points with an accessible model in each.
Two Beverly placement notes. On the shore road and at Lynch Park, an empty tank will move in an onshore wind, so anything on exposed ground is ballasted or anchored at delivery. And on a coastal lot with a septic system, keep both the unit and the service route off the leaching area.
Servicing is where Massachusetts departs from most states, because the licensing is municipal rather than statewide. Portable toilet waste is septage. The hauler carries a septage permit from a local board of health, keeps a copy in the cab, and may discharge only at the destinations it names. For a Beverly customer that means a documented route from the unit to the treatment works. A contract crossing into Salem or Danvers can involve a second municipal permit. Your account manager settles the interval and the destination in writing before delivery.
One Beverly point on disposal that is genuinely useful. Beverly is one of the Massachusetts communities that states the state waste bans correctly. Treated and untreated wood and whole tires are barred from landfills only. Asphalt pavement, brick and concrete, clean gypsum wallboard and metals are barred from disposal or transfer for disposal, with a 20 percent by volume action level, and the duty binds transporters as well as generators. That matters if your order includes a container as well as a restroom.

Most Beverly orders are on site inside 24 to 48 hours, and three to five days secures a specific model. Allow several weeks for a summer event or any placement on public ground. The shore road in July is also slower to reach than the same address in March.
Five habits that keep a Beverly delivery on schedule:
Prime Dumpster serves Beverly together with Cape Ann and the North Shore cities to the south, including Salem 4 miles south, Peabody 7 miles southwest, Lynn 8 miles southwest, Gloucester 13 miles east, Malden 15 miles southwest and Melrose 16 miles southwest. The Gloucester figure is the one already published on our own Gloucester page, and our measurement agrees with it to the mile in both directions.
Standard units are $199–$349 and accessible units $200–$300. Deluxe flushing and sink models run $300–$400, solar units $500–$600, handwashing stations $150–$250, and trailers from $1,500. In Beverly it is usually the shore-road access and the service interval, not the unit, that moves a total.
Beverly publishes no ratio, so plan one unit per 50 guests across about four hours and add 15 to 20 percent where alcohol is served. Massachusetts adds a requirement of its own: an accessible unit in every public cluster. Your account manager works the number from your busiest hour.
A private Beverly site follows the federal table, since the Massachusetts plan covers only government workers. One facility serves a crew of 20 or fewer, then one toilet seat plus one urinal per additional 40, with washing. Where only the trades are on the ground, no accessible unit is owed.
Weekly is our standard, with twice weekly for busy summer event units and larger crews. A visit empties the tank, sanitizes the cabin and restocks paper, soap and towels. The hauler holds a septage permit from a local board of health, which in Massachusetts is a municipal document.
No Beverly permit is published for a portable restroom on private ground. Do ask the Board of Health first on a long job, though. Beverly is a city that puts container permits in the property owner's name as well as the supplier's, and it runs them to the calendar year.
A standard unit gives you one narrow stall holding a toilet, a urinal and sanitizer. The accessible version is wider, enters at grade rather than over a step, and has handrails with clear floor for a wheelchair to turn. Massachusetts asks for it in public clusters, symbol marked.
Two or three days is our standard booking window, so a Beverly weekend prices as the base case: $199–$349 standard, $300–$400 deluxe flushing, $150–$250 handwashing. For a shore-road address, confirm the access route before the date.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We will raise the calendar-year permit question before it costs you anything, size the accessible share against your headcount, and set a service interval that suits the shore rather than the average.
Beverly rewards somebody who asks the awkward question early. Your Prime Dumpster account manager holds the permit question, the service interval, the access route and the delivery window in one place, so the paperwork is settled before the unit moves.
