Find Sustainable Porta Potty
in Mount Pleasant
At Prime Dumpster, we arrange porta potty rentals throughout Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, and the Racine County communities that surround it. Industrial and logistics construction near the interstate, subdivision building across the Village's open western half, Pike River trail and park events, and seasonal agricultural work all draw on portable restrooms here.
Mount Pleasant is a village, and a large one, with Village roads, County trunk highways and state highways all crossing it. That mix decides who you ask about a placement. Below are the local price ranges, how to size the count, the permit position, and how servicing runs.
Mount Pleasant orders tend to split in two. Industrial and logistics work on the Village's west side brings long rentals with real crew numbers, and those price as monthly cycles with a fixed count of service visits. Everything else is a shorter booking.
Weekend event rentals use a three-day window, so a Saturday gathering at a Village park and a Friday to Sunday run come to much the same number. Holding the dates tight does not reduce it.
Service frequency is the lever that moves a Mount Pleasant total most. A large Village site with a two-shift crew needs more than one visit a week, and that shows up clearly.
Reach is the last factor and it varies a lot across the Village. A graded industrial pad is simple. A subdivision in progress with no finished road, or a field edge in spring, is not. Tell your account manager how the truck arrives and the quote will match the ground.

Request a Quote NowThe Village does not publish its own ratio, but Racine County does publish a mandatory one for large assemblies, and it is sex specific.
Those County figures belong to Racine County's own assembly ordinance, so they govern a large Mount Pleasant gathering and should not be carried to an event in another county. Wisconsin runs no state workplace safety plan reaching private employers, so the federal table is what applies on a private Village job site. Our porta potty calculator sets a starting number for your account manager to test.
Match the unit to the use and, on a large Village event, to the County's handwashing condition. Everything is on our porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty covers most Mount Pleasant job sites and informal gatherings, with a toilet, urinal, paper holder, and sanitizer.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty adds a wide door, flat entry, grab bars, and wheelchair turning space, and belongs at every Village event open to the public.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty gives guests a flush, which suits a wedding or a corporate function in the Village.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink puts a sink, soap, and mirror in the unit, which is the easiest way to meet the County's expectation of a lavatory with each toilet.
The Solar Porta Potty runs its light and fan on solar power, useful on the Village's open western parcels and trail locations.
The Handwashing Station carries fresh water, soap, and towels. On a large Mount Pleasant assembly it is not an upgrade, it is what the County rule is asking for.
The Restroom Trailer supplies several stalls with running water and climate control, and on a big Village event it answers the running water point directly.
Unsure of the mix? Give your account manager the Village location and the numbers and they will build it.
A unit on your own Mount Pleasant property, serving your own project, needs no Village permit. The right-of-way answer is where Mount Pleasant is unusually direct.
The Village says it plainly. On its own right-of-way page, Mount Pleasant states that its Department of Public Works can order the removal of anything put in the Village right-of-way. That is about as open an enumeration as a municipality writes, and it comes from the Village rather than from a code reader.
And it tells you how wide the right-of-way is. The Village explains that the public right-of-way does not stop at the edge of the street or sidewalk, and that on a street the Village owns and maintains it typically extends 10 to 20 feet beyond the curb. That is the practical number for a Mount Pleasant customer: a unit set on what looks like the front verge is very likely standing on public land.
Three possible agencies, not one. The Village advises checking whether the road is actually a Village road, because work on state or county highway rights-of-way may need a permit from those agencies instead. Mount Pleasant is crossed by both, so this is a live question rather than a formality. A Village permit is required to dig up or make other changes to the public right-of-way. For exact boundaries, the Village points to the Racine County mapping system and to records filed with the Racine County Register of Deeds.
Racine County, and the question it actually answers. The County defines a portable restroom as a self-contained portable unit with fixtures and holding tank facilities designed to receive human excrement, and it groups portable restrooms with incinerating toilets, composting toilets, pit privies, and vault privies as non-plumbing sanitation systems. Crucially, it defines a pit privy and a vault privy as nonportable, so a prohibition aimed at privies does not reach a portable unit. The County then answers the permit question by use. For a temporary construction site, seasonal truck farming, or a temporary special event, the County will not issue a sanitary permit and will not require an inspection. For a park, golf course, or recreation area it will do both, and the applicant must show why another technology is not feasible. The County applies all this to any city, village, or town in the county, and it reserves the right of a municipality to be stricter. Pit privy installation is prohibited county wide.
Parks and events. Village park facilities, including picnic shelters, are reserved through the Village's online recreation system, with an annual opening date for the following season's bookings and in-person requests at the Parks and Recreation Building before online requests open the same day. Both residents and non-residents may reserve.
Not sure whose right-of-way you are on? Your account manager can help you work it out before delivery is scheduled.
Given a right-of-way that can run 20 feet past the curb, Mount Pleasant placement starts with the boundary.
Keep units on private ground and well inside the line, not on the verge. Set them on firm, level ground with space for a truck beside them. On industrial pads that is easy. In an unfinished subdivision, or on a field edge, choose ground that will hold a loaded truck in April.
Keep units away from food preparation at a Village event, and keep the approach clear of parked vehicles and locked gates. Pike River trail and park locations can be soft after rain, so check the access route rather than assuming it.
Weekly servicing is the baseline: pump the tank, clean and sanitize the interior, restock paper and sanitizer. Larger Village crews and event weekends justify a second visit, timed before the heaviest use.
Wisconsin licenses the work. Any business servicing or disposing of portable restroom waste holds a state septage business license from the Department of Natural Resources and designates a master operator as operator in charge. State rules require a unit to be emptied before it is transported for any purpose, so moving a unit across your Mount Pleasant site is a service visit. Your account manager confirms the partner and schedule for your Village address.

Most Mount Pleasant orders are on site within 24 to 48 hours, and three to five days of notice gives the best unit match. Summer weekends across Racine County fill first, and Village park shelter bookings open on an annual cycle well ahead of the season, so events plan earlier than deliveries do.
Four things speed a Mount Pleasant order:
Prime Dumpster arranges porta potty delivery across Mount Pleasant and the surrounding Racine and Kenosha County communities, including Racine, Caledonia, Sturtevant, Elmwood Park, Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, and north toward Oak Creek. Whether the work is a logistics shell near the interstate or a trail event along the Pike River, we coordinate delivery, servicing, and collection to suit your dates.
A standard unit in Mount Pleasant averages $199–$349 and an accessible unit $200–$300. Flushing and sink units average $300–$400, solar units more, and trailers start at $1,500. Long industrial rentals are quoted monthly rather than by the weekend. Your account manager confirms your figure in the free quote.
For an ordinary Village gathering, one unit per 50 guests over four hours, plus 15 to 20 percent for alcohol. For a large assembly, Racine County sets a mandatory sex specific ratio of one toilet per 200 females and one per 300 males, with a running water lavatory, soap, and towels at each toilet.
Federal worker sanitation rules govern private work in Mount Pleasant, since Wisconsin operates no state plan reaching private employers. A Mount Pleasant crew of twenty or fewer is covered by one facility. Above that it is one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers, and one per 50 once the crew passes 200 workers.
Mount Pleasant sites run on a weekly service cycle by default. Each call pumps the tank, cleans and sanitizes the interior, and refills paper and sanitizer. Two-shift industrial crews, summer heat, and event weekends push that to twice weekly. State rules also require a unit to be emptied before it is moved to a new position.
No Village permit applies to a unit on your own Mount Pleasant lot or job site. The right-of-way is the restricted ground, and the Village states that its Department of Public Works can order the removal of anything placed there. Check first whether the road is Village, County, or state.
A standard unit suits one person stepping in and out and covers most Village job sites. An accessible unit is wider, has a flat entry with no step, carries grab bars, and leaves turning room for a wheelchair. Mount Pleasant events open to the public should include at least one accessible unit per group.
A standard unit averages $199–$349 and Village weekend orders are quoted across three days, so a single day costs close to a full weekend. Flushing units, sink units, and trailers price above that, and large assemblies need handwashing too. Your account manager confirms the weekend total on the call.
Give us the Mount Pleasant address, the crew or crowd, and whether anything sits near a road. We will size the order, choose the right units, and quote a firm number on the call.
In a village where the right-of-way can reach 20 feet past the curb and three agencies may own the road, knowing the boundary before delivery day is worth more than speed. Your Prime Dumpster account manager keeps the count, the schedule, and the Village and County contacts to hand.
