Most household and construction debris loads without any trouble. The limits come from Wisconsin's own disposal bans and from what the receiving landfill will take.
Wisconsin bans a set list of materials from every landfill and incinerator in the state, and the ban applies to homes and businesses alike. The list includes electronics, lead acid batteries, major appliances, waste tires, waste oil, used oil filters, and yard waste such as grass, leaves, garden debris, and brush under six inches thick. Cardboard, glass containers, newspaper, office paper, metal cans, and plastic bottles marked 1 and 2 are on it too, so they belong in recycling rather than your container.
Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, paint thinner, solvents, fuel, and asbestos stay out of a standard container as well. So do propane cylinders and anything medical.
The City's own curbside carts will not take construction or demolition debris at all, which is the main reason a remodel in Kenosha needs a roll-off container. If you are not sure about an item, ask your account manager before you load it.
