Ordinary construction and household debris is fine. The limits come from what DeKalb County will accept at its gate and from the usual safety exclusions.
The county's own roll-off rules keep tires, propane tanks, paint, batteries, chemicals, asbestos, liquids, dirt, rocks and tree debris out of a container, and it accepts construction debris, demolition debris and general garbage. You can see the full list on the county's commercial service page. Tires are the one people forget; the county removes them at the customer's expense.
Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, fuel and asbestos stay out of a standard container anywhere in Georgia.
Dirt, rock, concrete and clean brick are often better handled as their own load. Mixed in with wood and drywall they drive the weight up and can change how the load is classified at the gate.
Anything you are unsure about, ask your account manager before it goes over the rail. It is a short call and it beats a rejected load.
