Lumber, drywall, shingles, flooring, cabinets, siding, and general cleanout junk all load fine. The limits come from Georgia's disposal rules and from the facility receiving the load.
Georgia bans yard trimmings from lined landfills and from any landfill that has had a vertical expansion, and that second group includes construction and demolition landfills. Under state rules, yard trimmings means leaves, brush, grass clippings, shrub and tree prunings, Christmas trees, and other landscaping growth, and they have to be separated out, then chipped, composted, mulched, or otherwise reused. There is one useful distinction here: land clearing debris such as trees, stumps, and limbs is not legally yard trimmings, so it is not covered by the ban.
Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, used oil, and asbestos stay out of a standard container. The city reads hazardous waste broadly, using the widest definition where two agencies disagree, so declare anything questionable rather than loading it.
Sandy Springs has no city hazardous waste depot. The city sends propane tanks back to propane retailers, motor oil to auto parts stores, and pesticides, solvent based paints, and cleaning chemicals to recycling collection events. Ask your account manager about an item before it goes in the container.
