Find Sustainable Porta Potty
in Everett
At Prime Dumpster we arrange porta potty rentals throughout Everett, Washington, and this is the one city in the north sound where a single permit can cover both a park and the street beside it. Units get scheduled for aerospace and industrial construction near the Boeing plant and along Airport Road, waterfront and marina projects on the Snohomish riverfront, downtown street events and festivals on Hewitt Avenue, youth tournaments at Kasch Park and Walter E. Hall, and home projects through Silver Lake and View Ridge.
Price turns on the unit, the count, the length of the booking and the service pattern. Everett's advantage is administrative rather than physical: the City consolidates approvals that neighboring cities split across two desks, so an event that spans a park and a street is one filing here.
Those ranges describe a three day booking. Industrial work on the Airport Road corridor runs in long phases, moves onto a monthly rate and eases per week after the first cycle.
The City fee sits outside our quote and it is published and dated. Everett's special events page lists 2026 permit fees of $138.00 for a small event up to 100 people and $345.00 for a large event of 100 or more, with late fees of $50.00 and $125.00 and no fee at all for a neighborhood block party or expressive activity.
Washington loads every construction order in the state the same way. Tepid wash water is required at every site, which puts a handwashing station on the order from day one, and the state unit table steps up at eleven workers rather than twenty.
Large crews are the Everett variable. An aerospace or industrial site can run several hundred workers across shifts, and that is where the state table and the weekly service cap start driving the count together rather than separately.

Our porta potty calculator gives a starting figure, and your account manager will reconcile it with your shift pattern.
Everett runs the widest span in the batch, from one stall on a Silver Lake remodel to a dozen units on an industrial site. The full list is on the porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty puts a toilet, a urinal, paper and sanitizer in one stall with an inside latch, as the state requires, and it is what a several hundred worker Everett order is mostly made of.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty is the wide version, entered at grade, with grab bars and clear floor for a chair.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty flushes and controls odor, which is the right call for a downtown street event or a waterfront wedding.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink holds sink, soap and mirror inside the stall and suits a vendor row where ground is scarce.
The Solar Porta Potty lights and vents itself from a roof panel, useful on a riverfront or marina job with no power at the spot.
The Handwashing Station is a sink on its own stand, carrying clean water, soap and towels, and the state warm water rule brings one onto every Everett construction order.
The Restroom Trailer arrives as a towed row of private plumbed stalls, heated and cooled. On a long Everett industrial job it is also the one product that meets the state rule on a private place to express milk, which refuses both a bathroom and a portable toilet as that space.
Give your account manager the crew size and shift pattern and the mix follows.
On ground you own or control in Everett, no permit attaches to the unit itself.
The consolidation is the headline. The City says in terms that if you are hosting an event in a park and on the public right of way, you only need a City special events permit, which will also cover the park, subject to park availability. In most of this metro those are two separate approvals from two separate departments. In Everett they are one, which takes a step out of the timetable.
What the City does ask for: a site plan from one of its published templates, a community notification form that is required for every small event, large event and neighborhood block party, and a signed indemnity and insurance agreement for any event over 100 participants. A planning meeting may be called for a new, large or complex event. Expressive activity under 100 participants needs no permit at all, though the City asks to be told.
Streets and sidewalks are inside that same event permit where an event is involved. For a construction placement in the right of way, go to the City before you plan it and treat an unpublished administrative route as possible rather than ruled out. Everett's own municipal code is not published through any code host we can reach today, so nothing here is quoted from the code text.
Who may empty the unit is a county matter, and Everett is where that office sits. The Snohomish County Health Department works from 3020 Rucker Avenue in this city, on 425-339-5200, and its published permits and fees schedule prices a pumper annual certificate, an examination and a late fee for a March renewal, with re-examination required from the start of April. That schedule is written around on-site sewage systems and names no category for portable toilet pumping; what it does carry is the Health Officer's own authority to set a fee case by case for work outside the defined categories. Being in the county seat means that is a walk rather than a phone call.
Food vendors add a filing. The County wants an event coordinator checklist at least 30 days ahead for a multi day event or any event with four or more food vendors, and vendor applications 14 days ahead. Worth noting if you also run events in King County, where the same checklist is triggered at six vendors rather than four.
Your account manager will line the City and County contacts up for your date.
On a large site, placement is a logistics question rather than a convenience one. The state wants units inside 200 feet of each worker and on every third floor of a multistory building, which on an industrial footprint means several clusters rather than one bank at the gate.
The state rule also says in terms that provisions must be made so service trucks have a clear approach and convenient access to the toilets being serviced, and it specifies how the waste comes out: by vacuum hose into a leak proof tank truck with leak proof valves. Leave the truck a run in that does not cross an active work face.
Keep units 15 feet or more from food service and well clear of the Snohomish River, Silver Lake, the estuary and every storm inlet. At a downtown street event, split the order into clusters and give each accessible unit level footing on the path of travel.
An Everett service call draws the tank down, disinfects the seat and urinal, cleans the interior and restocks the paper and seat covers. Washington will not let the container pass half its volume before the scheduled stop, which on a 200 worker site is the reason the visit pattern matters as much as the unit count. A holding tank with nothing around it is not an acceptable Everett unit unless it stands in a lockable private room.
An Everett employer inspects at the start of every shift, corrects any failure immediately, and keeps that record on site for 72 hours, with the prime contractor accountable where several employers work one site.

Most Everett orders can be on site within 24 to 48 hours. Three to five days of notice gets the exact configuration, and a large industrial order with several clusters deserves a week so the placement can be walked first. For a downtown festival, allow several weeks and work back from the City's own fee and notification steps.
Five habits that keep an Everett delivery clean:
Prime Dumpster arranges porta potty orders across Everett and the rest of the north sound, including Lake Stevens, Marysville, Mill Creek, Mukilteo, Monroe and Lynnwood. The Mill Creek figure matches what that city's own page carries, so the pair never shows two numbers. Riverfront, Airport Road or up by Silver Lake, the delivery, service and collection are planned around your dates.
A standard Everett unit is $199–$349 and an accessible unit $200–$300. Flushing and sink models are $300–$400, solar $500–$600, and a trailer starts at $1,500. A long industrial job is priced monthly. City event permit fees are separate and published by the City. Your account manager quotes the rest.
Plan one unit per 50 guests over about four hours and add 15 to 20 percent where alcohol is served. Everett publishes no restroom ratio, so attendance and duration decide it. Your account manager will allow for food service, accessible units and how far apart the clusters need to sit.
Washington is stricter than the national table and keeps going above 80 workers. Ten or fewer need one, eleven to 25 need two, then three, four and five to 80, plus one more for every further 20. A 200 worker Everett site therefore needs eleven units before shift overlap is considered.
Weekly is the baseline and the state caps it: the holding container may not reach half its volume before the scheduled visit. Each stop empties it by vacuum hose, disinfects the seat and urinal, wipes the interior and restocks paper and seat covers. Large Everett sites often run twice weekly.
Not on ground you own or control in Everett. A park, street or sidewalk is different, and where an event spans both the City covers them with one special events permit. Your account manager can get you the order detail your site plan needs before you file.
The standard unit is a single narrow stall with a toilet, a urinal and sanitizer. The accessible unit is wider, trades the step for a level threshold and adds grab bars with wheelchair turning space. Include one in every cluster at an Everett event open to the public.
A weekend already sits inside our quoted ranges, which rest on a three day booking. That puts a standard Everett unit at $199–$349, a flushing unit at $300–$400 and a handwashing station at $150–$250. Your account manager confirms the delivery window, any Saturday visit and the collection.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We will size the order against the state table, work the shift pattern into the service plan and give you a clear figure on the call.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
