Home Areas We Service Washington Porta Potty Rental Moses Lake, Washington 98837

At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals across Moses Lake, Washington, and the farm country and industrial land spread around it. Big construction projects near the airport and the industrial park, circle-irrigation and harvest crews, food processing shutdowns, lakeside events and summer festivals, fairgrounds weekends, and campground gatherings out toward the sand dunes all need portable restrooms here.
What you pay turns on the units you choose, how many you take, how long you hold them, and your service frequency. Below you'll find price ranges, the counts Washington sets for job sites, the City's event rules, and the steps that get your delivery scheduled cleanly.
Every range on that table reflects a standard three-day rental. A Saturday-only event and a full weekend therefore usually start from the same figure.
Longer work prices better per day. Our long-term rentals run 28 days between collections, which fits a Grant County build or a harvest season far more neatly than a weekend rate.
Washington's job-site rule also changes what you order. Every construction site here needs wash water between 70 and 100 degrees, plus soap and individual towels, so most crews rent handwashing stations alongside the toilets rather than adding them later.
Access is the last factor. A unit beside a gravel access road is quick to service. A unit deep in a field, inside a secure plant gate, or out on loose sand costs the driver time on every visit. Your account manager will map all of that into your quote.

Two more Washington points matter on a mixed crew. Once you have 20 or more workers of both sexes, you have to provide facilities for each sex. And a crew that moves all day is only exempt if it can reach a real restroom within three minutes of travel. Our porta potty calculator gets you a starting figure, and your account manager will confirm it against the table.

Match the unit to the users and the ground. All of them are compared on our porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty is the workhorse for job sites, field crews, and casual gatherings, with a toilet, a urinal, a paper holder, and hand sanitizer.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty gives you ground-level entry, a wide door, grab bars, and turning room inside. Bring at least one to any event the public attends.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty flushes and vents better, which is what guests want at a wedding, a reunion, or a company celebration.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink puts the sink, soap, and mirror inside the same cabin, so one stop covers everything.
The Solar Porta Potty powers its own light and fan from a panel, which is the practical answer on a remote quarter section or a site with no temporary power.
The Handwashing Station is a freestanding sink with warm water, soap, and towels. On a Washington construction site it isn't a nicety, it's part of what the rule expects.
The Restroom Trailer offers several stalls, running water, and climate control, which counts in a Columbia Basin July.
Talk your plans through with your account manager and they'll build the right combination.
A unit sitting on private ground you own or control almost never needs City approval. Driveways, farmyards, and fenced job sites are yours to arrange. Public property and organized events are where the City steps in.
Events on City property: Moses Lake treats any organized gathering of 75 or more people at a public place as a special event, along with anything that moves in unison down a City street or sidewalk. The special event application packet goes to Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services at 610 W. Yakima Avenue at least 60 days ahead, with a $75 nonrefundable processing and review fee, a setup map, and a letter describing the event. Applications inside 30 days can be turned down. Call 509-764-3813 with questions.
The packet is blunt about restrooms. Large events may be required to provide portable toilets and handwashing stations for attendees, and the cost of those units, along with barricades and garbage receptacles, sits with the event organizer. Your setup map also has to show tents, cooking spots, fire lanes, and generators, so plan unit placement at the same time.
Food vendors: Each booth needs a temporary food permit from the Grant County Health District, filed at least 10 business days before the event. Filing later costs more, and inside three business days the fee doubles. The district also requires a restroom within 200 feet of the booth, available the whole time it operates, with hot and cold running water, soap, and paper towels. That single line often decides where your units go. Reach the district at 509-766-7960.
Not certain who controls your ground? Ask your account manager and we'll find the right office for you.

Choosing the spot well pays for itself on every service visit.
Set units on firm, level ground. Basin soil is sandy and loose in places, and a unit that settles on one corner is unpleasant to use and awkward to pump. Washington's rule actually puts the burden on the employer here: service trucks must have a clear approach and convenient access to every toilet, so leave the route open.
Keep units at least 15 feet from food service, and clear of irrigation ditches, canals, and storm inlets. On a job site, place them within easy walking distance of the work, and put the toilet and its wash water station together. At an event, break units into clusters and set the accessible one on level, firm footing.
Service is weekly on a standard rental. The driver disinfects the seat and urinal, pumps the waste, recharges the odor control chemical, and restocks tissue and seat covers, which is exactly what the state rule asks for. Tanks are sized so they shouldn't pass half full before that visit, so tell us if your crew or crowd grows.
Waste from the truck goes where the local health department directs, and otherwise into the municipal system. In town that means the City's own wastewater treatment plants, the Dunes plant on Road K SE and the smaller Larson plant on Randolph Road, both City owned and operated. Your account manager can set a schedule that matches how hard your units are working.

Most Moses Lake deliveries go out within 24 to 48 hours. Order three to five days ahead and you'll get exactly the units you asked for. Summer is the busy stretch here, between fair week, the airshow crowd, harvest, and lake weekends, so book those dates weeks out.
Five things that keep a delivery on track:
Prime Dumpster delivers porta potties throughout Moses Lake and the surrounding Grant County communities, including Ephrata, Quincy, Warden, Soap Lake, Royal City, Othello, George, and the farms and industrial sites along the I-90 corridor. Whether your project is a plant expansion near the airport or a family gathering by the water, we plan delivery, service, and pickup around your dates.

Standard units average $199–$349 each, ADA-compliant units $200–$300, and deluxe models $300–$400. Restroom trailers start at $1,500. Unit count, rental length, and service frequency decide where your quote lands inside those ranges. Your account manager will confirm the number during your free quote.
Figure one unit per 50 guests over a four-hour event, and add 15 to 20 percent when alcohol is served. Longer events and hot Basin afternoons need more. Public events should include an accessible unit, and food booths need a handwashing station close by.
Washington uses a table instead of the federal ratio. One toilet covers up to 10 workers, two cover 11 to 25, three cover 26 to 40, four cover 41 to 60, and five cover 61 to 80. Beyond that, add one per extra 20 workers. Your account manager can size it exactly.
Weekly on a standard rental. Each visit disinfects the seat and urinal, pumps the waste, recharges the odor control chemical, and restocks tissue and seat covers. Bigger crews and multi-day events usually earn a second visit. Your account manager can set that when you book.
Normally no. A unit on your own lot, farmyard, or fenced job site in Moses Lake needs no City approval. You do need a permit for City property or a public event, and organized gatherings of 75 or more people count as special events. Your account manager can point you to the right desk.
A standard unit is the compact single-stall cabin. An ADA unit is wider, enters flat at ground level, and adds grab bars and turning room for a wheelchair. Public events should include roughly one accessible unit per 20. Crew-only job sites are not held to that ratio.
Our ranges assume a three-day rental, so a single-day event and a full weekend usually cost the same. Standard units average $199–$349, deluxe flushing units $300–$400, and handwashing stations $150–$250. Your account manager will confirm delivery and pickup windows with your quote.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We'll size the order to the state table, set your service visits, and give you a clear price on the call.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
