Home Areas We Service Arizona Porta Potty Rental Queen Creek, Arizona 85142

Prime Dumpster supplies porta potty rentals across Queen Creek, Arizona, for the subdivision and commercial construction filling in the town's agricultural land, for events at its parks and the Queen Creek Olive Mill area, and for homeowners on the larger horse properties out toward Sossaman and Rittenhouse. Queen Creek has one feature none of its neighbors share: the town sits in two counties at once, and its own code says so. That decides which health department answers your questions. We coordinate the units and the servicing through vetted local partners, with one account manager on your order.
Your price reflects the rental term, the unit count, the service visit frequency and the distance to your site. Below you will find how the two-county position works in practice, what the town's own code says about portable toilets, how street placement is handled, and the counts that apply to crews and events.
Term length matters most, and Queen Creek has plenty of long bookings. Residential phases here run for months at a time, and a unit that stays through several phases is priced far better per week than a sequence of short bookings would be.
Site conditions are the local wrinkle. Queen Creek still has large lots, unpaved lanes and irrigation ditches, and all three affect which vehicle can reach a unit. A site on a finished subdivision street and a site on a working acreage are different delivery problems, so describe the ground when you call.
Service frequency should track the headcount and the season. One visit a week suits a small crew or a quiet property. Summer, or a busy build, usually needs two.
Unit choice follows the use. Standard units carry trades work. A flushing unit or a trailer suits the town's event venues, where guests expect better than a basic unit.

Request a Quote NowQueen Creek sets no restroom ratio of its own, so the county numbers govern. Which county depends on where in town your site sits, and this is the one place in the metro where that question is a live one rather than academic.
Maricopa County requires sanitary toilets at a ratio of at least one per 20 people on a construction, erection, alteration, repair or demolition project, of a water-flushed or chemical type it approves, placed on or within 200 feet of each work area, and provided before the project proceeds. For events it sets a minimum of one toilet per 100 people in attendance at a public gathering for a commercial, religious or public event where permanent facilities on the premises are not adequate, within 200 feet, or as the county health officer requires.
Pinal County is different, and it is worth knowing honestly. Its published code of ordinances carries no restroom ratio and no chemical toilet permit. The review covered eight of its titles, covering health and human services, environment, parks, public works and street maintenance, and found nothing on portable toilets at all. Its county health district publications were not reachable while this was written, so we make no claim about them either way.
The practical result is this. On the Maricopa County side of Queen Creek, the county ratio of one per 20 is the construction number and one per 100 is the event floor. On the Pinal County side, the federal worker-safety table is the dependable construction number: one facility up to 20 workers, one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 above that, and one per 50 from 200 workers. The Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health enforces that federal table here, having adopted the federal standards by reference, and the federal handwashing requirement applies on every site in either county.
For a private event in either part of town, start from one unit per 50 guests across about four hours and add 15 to 20 percent where alcohol is served. The porta potty calculator does the sums, and your account manager will confirm which county your address falls in before you fix the count.

The Standard Porta Potty is the workhorse for Queen Creek construction and for a gathering on a private property.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty enters at ground level with grab bars and turning room inside, and belongs at any event the public is invited to.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty brings a working flush and a clean-water rinse. It is what the town's wedding and tasting venues normally want.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink carries the handwashing inside the unit, useful on a property with no convenient water point.
The Solar Porta Potty lights itself, which suits unlit acreage sites and evening functions.
Handwashing Stations stand alongside the units, generally one per ten toilets.
The Restroom Trailer is the choice for a longer event or a site office that will be in place for a season. Look at the full porta potty options and ask your account manager to compare two configurations.
On private property with the owner's agreement, a unit normally needs no town permit.
Queen Creek's own code is helpful here in a way most are not, and it does two useful things.
First, it confirms the two-county position in its own words. Where the town licenses mobile food vendors it requires a copy of a valid Maricopa County or Pinal County health code permit. A town code that names both county health departments as alternatives is the clearest possible confirmation that both operate inside the town limits.
Second, it points at the county sanitary scheme directly. The town's private wastewater provision requires a private wastewater disposal system to comply with the provisions and recommendations of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and the Sanitary Code of Maricopa County. That is the town adopting the county standard by reference into its own law, which is why the county rules set out above are not merely advisory for a Queen Creek site.
That same provision also contains language it would be easy to misread, so it is worth reading in scope. It makes it unlawful to construct or maintain within the town any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for the disposal of wastewater. Read carefully, that governs facilities that dispose of wastewater on site. A portable unit holds waste for removal by a permitted vehicle rather than disposing of it, so the provision is not a ban on portable toilets. Even so, a long residential placement on a property with no septic system is worth raising with the town before it starts.
For street, sidewalk and path placement, the town issues an encroachment permit, usually alongside a temporary traffic control application and plan. The Town Traffic Engineer and designees enforce that article and the town may suspend or revoke the permit where its conditions are not followed. The town's nuisance chapter separately reaches anything that obstructs or tends to obstruct the free passage or use of a park, square, sidewalk, trail, path, street or highway in the town, so an unpermitted placement in a public way carries that exposure as well. Get the encroachment answer in writing before you plan a unit off private ground.
Queen Creek's own web host would not serve us while this was written, so the town code is the authority used here. On the sanitation side, reach Maricopa County Environmental Services on 602-506-6616, and read the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code it publishes. Your account manager will establish which county you are in and give you the right contact.

Choose level, firm ground with a straight approach. On a Queen Creek acreage, the gravel drive is usually a better bet than the pasture edge, and irrigation ditches are worth mapping before the driver arrives.
The Maricopa County distances apply across the Maricopa portion of town: no unit within 20 feet of occupied premises, and none within 10 feet of any public thoroughfare or sidewalk, unless the county authorizes it. Units must also be installed so servicing equipment has unobstructed access to remove the waste, which on a phased subdivision means keeping the unit out of the next laydown area.
Waste is pumped out and hauled to an approved destination, never discharged on site. Maricopa County requires removal by a vehicle it has permitted for non-hazardous liquid waste collection and transport. Each permitted vehicle carries the county-assigned number on the cab doors and the rear face of the tank in letters at least three inches high. The destination is approved when the permit issues and cannot change without county approval.
The town's own sewer rules recognize our material too. Its pretreatment definitions treat sewage from holding tanks such as chemical toilets as septic tank waste, which puts tank contents inside the town's own wastewater framework as well as the county's. Arizona's environmental quality department licenses septage haulers at state level, and its license names a fixed or transportable chemical toilet in terms, covering vehicles of at least 750 gallons with a leak-proof and fly-tight container. It also directs applicants to the local county health department for a vehicle inspection first, which in Queen Creek means one of two counties.
One last town provision is worth knowing if you are running an event on town ground. Relieving oneself outside a sanitary facility provided on town property is a class 1 misdemeanor under the town's own rules. That is the clearest possible argument for ordering enough units rather than the minimum, and it is the town's own wording rather than ours.
Summer servicing deserves planning. Queen Creek sits under the county standard that tanks be emptied before they can overflow or turn insanitary, with chemical topped up enough to keep odors down.

Standard units can usually be arranged for a Queen Creek address within a day or two, though the town's eastern edges add drive time.
Your account manager can normally confirm a delivery window on the first call.
Prime Dumpster covers the southeast Valley and the northern Pinal County towns from Queen Creek, including Chandler to the west, Apache Junction northeast, Mesa northwest, Tempe and Scottsdale further in, and Florence to the southeast. San Tan Valley, Higley, Gold Canyon and the Ironwood corridor all sit within a short delivery run.

In Queen Creek a standard unit is $199 to $349, an accessible one $200 to $300, and a deluxe flushing unit $300 to $400. A handwashing station adds $150 to $250, and a restroom trailer begins at $1,500. Longer phased bookings earn better weekly rates. Your account manager confirms the quote.
On the Maricopa County side, the county floor is one toilet per 100 attending a public gathering within 200 feet. For a private function in either county, plan one unit per 50 guests over four hours and add 15 to 20 percent where alcohol is served.
That turns on which county your site is in. On the Maricopa side, at least one sanitary toilet per 20 people, within 200 feet of each work area, before work proceeds. On the Pinal side, the federal table applies: one up to 20 workers, then one per 40.
Weekly covers a small crew or a quiet property. Busy Queen Creek builds and anything standing through summer usually need two visits. Each visit pumps the tank, cleans the interior surfaces and restocks paper and sanitizer. Your account manager settles the visit pattern with you.
Normally no. A unit on private property in Queen Creek with the owner's agreement needs no town permit. County setbacks still apply. A long residential placement on a property with no septic system is worth raising with the town, and street placement needs an encroachment permit.
The accessible model is wider, steps up nowhere, and gives a wheelchair user grab bars and room to turn. A standard Queen Creek unit is built without any of it. On a Queen Creek acreage, also check the approach, because gravel and turf are not accessible surfaces.
A weekend standard unit sits in the $199 to $349 range, typically nearer the middle for the town's outer addresses. A deluxe flushing unit for a weekend event runs $300 to $400 and a trailer starts at $1,500. Your account manager prices your dates.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. Give us the cross streets as well, because that is what tells us which county your site falls in and therefore which rules and which health department apply.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
