Prescott, Arizona customers use Prime Dumpster for porta potty rentals on custom home construction in the pines, downtown remodels, road and utility work, Courthouse Square festivals, rodeo week crowds, weddings and other events. Your account manager organizes the Prescott units, the service visits and the pickup in one call or text.
Prescott is not Prescott Valley. The two are separate municipalities about eleven miles apart, each with its own rules, and a Prescott order follows the City of Prescott and Yavapai County. This guide covers our prices, the federal crew count that Arizona enforces, how mountain weather changes service in Prescott, and how we route a city permit question here.
Terrain shapes a Prescott quote first. Many Prescott lots sit on slopes, granite or narrow forest roads, and a site the truck cannot back up to needs a different spot or a smaller unit.
Weather is second. Prescott sits high enough for winter snow and summer monsoon storms, so a Prescott job may need a cleared path in January and firm footing in August.
The event calendar is third. Summer weekends around the courthouse and rodeo week pull units into downtown Prescott, and late bookings cost more.

Request a Quote NowPrescott follows Arizona's adoption of the federal table on job sites, with nothing added by the county that we could confirm.
The state enforces the federal count. The federal state plans index marks Arizona with one asterisk, so its plan reaches private and public employers alike. The Arizona plan summary says Arizona adopts the federal standards by reference and lists fall protection as its only unique construction standard. So a Prescott builder plans from the federal construction sanitation table:
The Phoenix area county ratio does not reach Prescott. Maricopa County's health code asks for one toilet per twenty people on a job site. That rule is Maricopa's own and does not apply in Yavapai County.
Prescott events have no published ratio that we could open. We plan from one unit per 50 guests over about four hours, adding 15 to 20 percent with alcohol, and include accessible units at about one in twenty under the federal design standards.
The porta potty calculator gives a first Prescott figure for your account manager to check.
Prescott orders mix hillside builders with downtown and ranch events. Every model is listed on our porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty handles a Prescott custom home or remodel crew.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty keeps a public Prescott festival accessible.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty fits a ranch or forest wedding.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink gives Prescott guests running water inside.
The Solar Porta Potty suits a remote lot in the pines with no power.
The Handwashing Station sits beside food vendors and on job sites.
The Restroom Trailer brings heat in winter and cool air in summer to a long Prescott project or reception.
Tell your account manager the Prescott slope, the crowd and the dates, and the mix follows.
On Prescott land you own or control, a unit for your own job or private party is usually your decision. Streets, parks and public events are the city's call.
The City of Prescott website did not open to our reader. Its robots file permits automated visits, yet every page we requested came back refused. So we make no claim about a Prescott right of way permit, park rule or special event requirement, and we did not read the city code.
Yavapai County's site refused too. For a site outside city limits, the county is the local layer, and we assert nothing about a Yavapai County rule.
How we handle it. Before a Prescott unit goes near a street, a sidewalk, a park or the courthouse grounds, your account manager calls the city office that handles that space and confirms what it needs. For a public event, start that call early, since downtown weekends book up.
The pumping side is licensed by the state. Arizona licenses the vehicles that pump and carry waste from chemical toilets, after an inspection of each vehicle. Prime Dumpster arranges Prescott service through local partners who hold that license.
Pick the flattest spot. On a sloped Prescott lot, a level pad near the driveway works best.
Leave room for the truck. Narrow forest roads may limit where a unit can go.
Clear snow after storms. A shoveled path keeps Prescott winter visits on time.
Expect monsoon mud. Gravel under the unit keeps it upright through August rains.
Set the visit schedule. Weekly service fits most Prescott jobs. Busy events and large crews need more, and your account manager adjusts the Prescott visits by season.

Most Prescott orders arrive within one to three days. Allow three to five days for restroom trailers or several ADA units, and three to four weeks for summer festival weekends and rodeo week.
Five habits that keep a Prescott order on time:
Client ReviewsPrime Dumpster arranges service in Prescott and Prescott Valley, and south toward the Phoenix area, including New River, Peoria, Scottsdale and El Mirage, and north to Flagstaff. Surprise and the rest of the West Valley are served as well.
A standard Prescott unit runs $199–$349, an ADA unit $200–$300, flushing and sink units $300–$400, solar units $500–$600 and restroom trailers from $1,500. Slope, season, rental length and service visits set the Prescott total.
No Prescott event ratio is on record, so we plan one unit per 50 guests over about four hours. Add 15 to 20 percent with alcohol, and include ADA units at public Prescott events.
Prescott sites follow the federal table that Arizona adopts: one toilet facility for twenty workers or fewer, one seat and one urinal per forty above that, and one of each per fifty from two hundred. Add a lavatory.
Weekly visits are standard in Prescott. Each visit pumps the tank, cleans the cabin and restocks supplies. Summer events and big crews in Prescott often need two visits a week.
On private Prescott property, usually not. For streets, sidewalks, parks, the courthouse grounds or public events, the City of Prescott decides, and your account manager confirms the right Prescott office before delivery day.
A standard Prescott unit is a compact cabin with a toilet, urinal and sanitizer. The ADA unit is larger and level with the ground, with grab bars and room to turn a wheelchair. Public Prescott events should include one.
A Prescott weekend rental uses the same ranges: $199–$349 for a standard unit, $300–$400 for a flushing unit and $150–$250 for a handwashing station. Your account manager confirms Prescott delivery, any weekend visit and pickup.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. Your account manager confirms the Prescott office for any public space and plans the delivery around the slope and season.
