Home Areas We Service Arizona Porta Potty Rental Avondale, Arizona 85323

At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals right across Avondale, Arizona, and the West Valley towns beside it. Demand here runs on two tracks: construction crews working new rooftops south of the freeway, warehouse shells along the Interstate 10 corridor, street and utility jobs on Dysart and Avondale Boulevard, and then the event side, with race weekends, park festivals, youth sports, church gatherings and backyard parties that outgrow the house bathroom.
What you pay turns on the model you choose, how many units you need, how long you keep them and how often a truck returns. Below are our ranges, the crew counts Maricopa County expects on a project, what the City wants to see before it reviews an event application, and how quickly we can get out to you.
Every figure above assumes a standard three-day rental, which is how almost every Avondale weekend order gets written. Keeping a unit Friday through Sunday usually costs the same as taking it for Saturday alone.
Job sites price on a different clock: four-week blocks with weekly service folded in, and the weekly number eases off after the first block.
Summer is the real local variable. From May to September an Avondale unit works much harder, and many site customers move to twice-weekly service to keep things pleasant. Monsoon storms matter too, since a graded lot can turn soft in an hour. Access finishes the calculation: a gate code, a long dirt approach or a ramada set back from the road all add driver minutes.

Request a Quote NowArizona surprises people here. The state runs its own workplace safety division for private employers, and that division takes the federal construction standards whole instead of writing its own. The one sanitation standard Arizona does write covers farm hand-labor crews, not building sites. So the state adds nothing. Maricopa County does, and it is tighter.
Try our porta potty calculator for a first number, then let your account manager square it with the county ratio and your own schedule.

Pick by who uses it and for how long. The full lineup sits on the porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty covers the great majority of West Valley job sites: one closed stall with a toilet, a urinal, a paper holder and sanitizer.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty swaps the step for a level entry and adds width, grab bars and turning room. Any gathering open to the public wants one.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty gives you a flushing bowl and far better odor control, which is why it carries most of our wedding and quinceañera bookings here.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink holds a sink, soap and a mirror inside the stall, so guests tidy up without stepping back outside.
The Solar Porta Potty powers its light and fan from a roof panel. That answers a desert parcel with no service drop and any event running past dark.
The Handwashing Station is a standalone sink with fresh water, soap and towels. One belongs beside every food booth and one belongs on any site where the crew eats where it works.
The Restroom Trailer arrives with separate private stalls, running water and air conditioning. In an Arizona July that is why guests stay.
Not sure? Give your account manager the headcount and the dates and we will build the mix.
On your own land, no. Avondale issues no permit for a portable toilet standing on a private lot, a driveway or a fenced job site. The rules begin at the property line.
Private property and job sites: keep the unit inside your boundary and off the public sidewalk. A project already holding a building permit treats the restroom as ordinary site setup.
Two county setbacks that decide where the unit goes: a chemical toilet may not be installed within 20 feet of occupied premises or within 10 feet of any public thoroughfare or sidewalk unless the Department authorizes it. On a narrow lot that pair of numbers often settles the placement for you.
Streets, alleys and sidewalks: the City's street rules make it unlawful to obstruct any public street, alley, sidewalk or other public property unless the Code allows it, and a clear walkway of at least 36 inches has to stay open at all times for accessibility. Putting any item that interferes with traffic into the roadway calls for three things together: the right-of-way permits, the city engineer's approval of construction plans, and an approved traffic control plan filed at least three business days before work starts. Leave any of the three out and the city engineer may remove the item with no notice and charge daily storage until somebody collects it. The code also bars leaving brick, stone, gravel, sand or building material in the right-of-way without the city engineer's written permission.
One cost people miss: where a traffic restriction falls within 150 feet of a signalized intersection, the City wants a uniformed off-duty Avondale police officer there the whole time, at the applicant's expense, arranged at least 72 hours ahead. Dysart, Avondale Boulevard and McDowell are full of signals, so that clause bites often.
Events: a City special event permit is needed once you expect 250 or more people, close or restrict a street or sidewalk, put up large tents or stages, serve alcohol, run amusement rides, or use fireworks. Filing windows are 45 days ahead for a minor event, 60 days for a major one, and 14 days for a First Amendment event. A late request is not refused outright: the City asks for a written explanation and tries to speed the review.
The item that touches your order directly: your site plan has to show where the portable restrooms will stand. The City lists them among the components the plan must carry, and the application cannot even be reviewed until that plan is in. In practice the restroom order gets settled before the paperwork goes in, not after.
And the county step: an event with food vendors must be registered with the county Environmental Services Department, and the City wants proof of county approval before it approves the event.
What Avondale does not publish: a restroom number. There is no City attendee ratio, no accessible percentage and no handwashing ratio on its event material, so the county floor plus our planning figure is the defensible basis. Your account manager will put a count together you can hand to the reviewer.

Since the City wants the units drawn on a plan, agree the spots early rather than on arrival.
Choose firm, level ground. Desert caliche is excellent; fresh fill and the soft edge of a graded pad after a storm are not, so a sheet of plywood under the feet pays for itself.
Give the driver room. Clear width and open headroom are what it takes to set and lift a unit, and the county code requires units to be installed so service equipment has unobstructed access.
Keep units at least 15 feet from where food is served, well clear of storm inlets and washes, and within about 200 feet of the work face so crews actually use them. For events, two or three small clusters beat one long row, and each cluster should hold an accessible model.
Weekly service is our baseline and we go more often where it earns its keep. Every visit empties the tank, washes out the interior and restocks paper and sanitizer, and an Arizona summer is exactly when a second weekly visit pays. The waste leaves under a county hauling permit that fixes the approved disposal point in advance, so nothing is handled on your site; the City recharges all of its reclaimed water back into the aquifer, as set out on its water resources page. Your account manager confirms the schedule before the first drop.

Most Avondale orders reach the site inside 24 to 48 hours, and with three to five days we can arrange the exact models you asked for. For a race weekend, a festival or a wedding, give us several weeks: the whole West Valley chases the same dates.
Five habits that keep a delivery clean:
Prime Dumpster runs porta potties across Avondale and the wider West Valley, taking in Goodyear, El Mirage, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale and Buckeye, with Litchfield Park, Tolleson and the Estrella edges in between. Whether your job is a rooftop subdivision off Broadway, a warehouse pad near the freeway or a park event by the Agua Fria, we shape delivery, service and collection around your dates.

A standard unit runs $199–$349 and an accessible one $200–$300. Flushing and sink models sit at $300–$400, solar units at $500–$600, and a restroom trailer starts at $1,500. Unit count, rental length and how many service visits you want are what really move the total.
Maricopa County sets a floor of one toilet per hundred guests, within 200 feet of the gathering. We plan tighter than that, at one unit per fifty people over roughly four hours, plus 15 to 20 percent once drinks are poured. Add a sink by the food and an accessible model in each cluster.
In Avondale the county rule governs and it is stricter than the federal table: at least one toilet per twenty people on the project, within 200 feet of each work area, provided before work starts. Forty workers means two units, eighty means four. A lavatory with soap is required as well.
Weekly as standard, and more where you need it. Each visit pumps the tank, washes the interior and replaces paper and sanitizer. Arizona summer heat and food events both argue for twice a week, and the county expects units kept clean with paper available at all times. Your account manager sets the rhythm.
No. Avondale requires no permit for a portable toilet on private ground, including a driveway or a fenced site. Keep it inside the property line, at least ten feet back from any sidewalk or thoroughfare and twenty feet from occupied buildings. A unit in the street is a different matter and needs City approval first.
A standard unit is one narrow stall holding a toilet, a urinal and sanitizer. The accessible model is wider, swaps the step for a level entry, and adds grab bars with floor space for a wheelchair to turn. Any event open to the public should include one in every cluster.
Three days is the basis of every range we quote, so a weekend is already the normal case. A standard unit sits at $199–$349, a deluxe flushing unit at $300–$400 and a handwashing station at $150–$250. Your account manager pins down the drop and collection windows with you.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We will set a count that satisfies the county ratio, fix the service visits and quote you on the call.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
