Home Areas We Service Texas Porta Potty Rental Alvin, Texas 77511

At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals across Alvin, Texas, and the Brazoria County communities around it. New subdivisions going up on the edges of town, pipeline and plant work out toward the ship channel, rice and cattle land along the Mustang Bayou, rodeo and festival weekends, and school and church gatherings all keep portable toilets in service here, and construction jobs and events bring us most of our calls.
Your cost comes down to the kind of unit, how many you take, how long you keep them, and how often a truck services them. Below you'll find price ranges, the counts we plan around, what Alvin's event application expects of you, Texas hauling rules, and how fast we can deliver.
Those are standard three-day rental ranges. A Saturday event and a three-day weekend usually come out the same, so there's no point trimming the booking.
How long you keep the units is the biggest factor. Builders around Alvin generally run four-week cycles, which lands much lower per day than short rentals booked one after another.
Service frequency is where Gulf Coast weather shows up in the price. Heat and humidity run hard here from May into October, and a unit that would last a week in March often wants two visits in August.
Site access rounds it out. A drop on a paved pad in town is quick. A pad site out on a shell road, or a field after a few inches of rain, takes longer and sometimes needs a second trip. Tell us about the approach when you book and we'll send the right truck.

Request a Quote NowStart with how many people and how long. These are the counts we work from:
Heat should push your numbers up, not just your service schedule. People drink far more water at a July event here than at an October one, and that shows at the units. Our porta potty calculator gives you a starting figure, and your account manager will confirm the order.

Match the unit to the people using it and how long they'll be there. You can see them together on our porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty is the everyday unit for job sites, pasture work, and backyard projects. It holds a toilet, a urinal, a paper holder, and hand sanitizer.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty steps in at ground level with a wide door, grab bars, and turning space for a wheelchair. Any public event should have one.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty flushes, and guests at a wedding or a quinceanera will notice the difference right away.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink puts a sink, soap, and mirror inside the unit. Family events and food areas benefit most from it.
The Solar Porta Potty runs its light and fan from a small panel, which suits pasture sites, pipeline right of way, and evening events with no power.
The Handwashing Station carries clean water, soap, and towels. Texas food rules expect a real handwashing setup at every food stand, and this is the easy way to cover it.
The Restroom Trailer brings several stalls, running water, and air conditioning, which is worth the money at any Gulf Coast summer event.
Not sure what fits? Describe your crowd or your crew to your account manager and they'll put the order together.
A unit on private property, your own yard, a pasture, or a fenced job site, does not need a City permit in Alvin. Public space and organized events are where the paperwork begins.
Community events: Alvin's community wide event application has to be in at least 60 days before your start date, with supporting documents and a $25 application fee where it applies. It covers festivals, parades, concerts, bike races, athletic events, carnivals, fairs, and cook-offs.
The City asks about your units directly. That application has a line for portable toilets, with a field for the quantity, and a second line for a portable restroom. Have your numbers settled before you file, because the City is reading them as part of your plan.
Street closures: The form collects the streets you want closed and the dates and times, and a closure may need City Council approval. Parks and Recreation runs the process from 1100 W. Highway 6 and answers at 281-388-4299.
State highways: Some of the main routes through Alvin are state roads, and closing part of one brings the state transportation department into it alongside the City.
Food vendors: Texas food rules require a handwashing setup at a temporary food stand: a container with a spigot giving clean, warm water, a wastewater container, soap, disposable towels, and a waste receptacle. The only stand that gets a pass is one selling nothing but packaged food in its original container.
Your account manager can help you reach the right office before the units go out.

Getting the spot right is most of the work.
Set units on firm, level ground. Brazoria County gumbo holds water and gets slick, so a sheet of plywood or a few inches of shell under the unit keeps it level and keeps the service truck from sinking. Leave a clear lane with turning room, and avoid low spots that pond after a storm.
Keep units at least 15 feet from food service and well away from bayous, ditches, and storm inlets. On a job site, place them inside about 200 feet of the work so your crew is not crossing the whole site.
Hurricane season deserves its own plan. From June into November, anchor or strap units on open ground, and talk with your account manager about pulling them ahead of a named storm. A unit left loose in a tropical system becomes somebody else's problem.
Most rentals get one service visit a week, and two through the hottest months. Texas names chemical toilet waste directly in its sludge transporter registration rules, so a company has to be registered before it hauls a single load. Every truck carries the company name and local phone number on both sides along with a five-digit state registration number in block figures at least two inches tall, and each collection and disposal is written on a trip ticket. Alvin runs its own wastewater treatment plant, in operation since 1985 under a state permit. Your account manager can confirm your service schedule and the registered facility your waste goes to.

Most Alvin orders go out within 24 to 48 hours. Three to five days of notice lets us reserve the exact units you want. For a rodeo weekend, a spring wedding, or a fall festival, book several weeks ahead, because the whole county chases the same handful of pleasant weekends.
Five habits that keep delivery simple:
Prime Dumpster delivers porta potties throughout Alvin and the surrounding Brazoria and Galveston County communities, including Manvel, Iowa Colony, Rosharon, Liverpool, Santa Fe, Hillcrest Village, Pearland, and Friendswood. Whether your site is a new build off South Street, a pad site on the highway, or a field event out past the city limits, we plan delivery, service, and pickup around your schedule.

A standard unit in Alvin averages $199–$349, and an ADA-compliant unit averages $200–$300. Deluxe units run $300–$400, and restroom trailers start at $1,500. The count, the rental length, how often we service them, and how far out of town you are all shift the number. Your account manager confirms it.
Figure 1 unit per 50 guests at an event of about four hours. Add 15 to 20 percent when alcohol is served, and more for all-day events or Gulf Coast heat. Bring at least one accessible unit if the public is invited, and set a handwashing station next to any food stand.
Federal rules govern Texas job sites. One facility covers a crew of 20 or fewer. Beyond that, plan 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal for every 40 workers, and 1 per 50 once the crew passes 200. Even a short field job needs at least one unit. Your account manager will size it.
Once a week is the baseline. The driver pumps the tank, cleans and sanitizes the inside, and restocks paper and sanitizer. Summer heat and humidity on the Gulf Coast usually mean twice a week from May through September. Your account manager sets the schedule your site needs.
Usually not. A unit on your own land or job site lot needs no City permit in Alvin. A community event is different: the City's application is due 60 days out, and it asks how many portable toilets you will have. Your account manager can point you to the right office.
A standard unit fits one person stepping up into it. An ADA unit sits at ground level with a wide door, grab bars, and floor space to turn a wheelchair. Events open to the public need accessible units in every group. Crew-only job sites are handled differently.
A standard unit averages $199–$349, and that range covers a standard three-day rental. A single-day event usually costs about what the whole weekend does, so book all three days. Deluxe units and restroom trailers run higher. Your account manager confirms your weekend price and delivery window.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We'll size the order, plan the service visits around the heat and your busiest days, and give you a clear price on the call.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
