Home Areas We Service Texas Porta Potty Rental Marshall, Texas 75670

At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals across Marshall, Texas, and the rest of Harrison County. Construction crews on housing and warehouse jobs, contractors on pipeline and logging work out in the county, festival weekends on and around the courthouse square, church homecomings, ball tournaments, and every other kind of outdoor event keep portable toilets busy here.
Your price comes down to which units you take, how many, how long they stay, and how often a driver comes out. Below you'll find our ranges, the counts to plan for, the City paperwork that applies on public ground, and how to get units delivered on time.
The ranges above cover a standard three-day rental, which is how a weekend event is usually written up. A job that runs for months goes on four-week cycles instead, with a cleaning visit each week.
How often we service the units is the next factor, and East Texas heat pushes that number up. A visit empties the tank, washes the inside, and restocks paper and sanitizer. Through July and August, big crews and busy events often want two stops a week.
Site access matters too. A gravel pad by the road is quick work. A unit set behind a house under construction, down a red-dirt lease road, or deep in a pine tract costs the driver time on every trip.
Extras finish the total. Handwashing stations beside the food booths, accessible units for anything the public attends, and a cooled restroom trailer for a summer wedding all move the number. Your account manager can lay out each line before you commit.

Marshall does not publish a required guest ratio, but it does make you show your work. The special events site plan must show sanitary facilities, including the location and number of portable or permanent restrooms, along with wastewater and trash collection. That means picking a number before you file, not after. Our porta potty calculator gets you a defensible figure fast, and your account manager can help you place the units on the plan.

Pick around who uses it and how long they're there. Our porta potty options page puts every model side by side.
The Standard Porta Potty handles most orders here. Toilet, urinal, paper holder, hand sanitizer, and plenty for a framing crew or a backyard party.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty has no step at the threshold, a doorway wide enough for a chair, grab bars, and floor space to turn. Budget for at least one whenever the public is invited.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty flushes and controls odor better, which changes how a wedding or a reunion feels in August.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink puts a sink, soap, and a mirror inside, which helps near food and at family events.
The Solar Porta Potty runs its light and fan from a panel. On a lease road, a cutover tract, or an evening event with no power, that's the practical choice.
The Handwashing Station carries its own fresh water, soap, and paper towels on a free-standing frame. The City's food rules expect handwashing and a wastewater catch at every booth.
The Restroom Trailer brings several stalls, running water, and air conditioning, which is worth real money at a July event.
Run the mix by your account manager and they'll shape the order around your day.
On private property, normally no. A unit in your yard, on your driveway, or inside a fenced job site does not need a City permit in Marshall. Once you step onto public ground, or put an event on the calendar, that changes.
Streets and right-of-way: Marshall requires a permit before any cut or work happens in the street right-of-way, and anyone who works there has to complete an annual registration first. Contractors must list their subcontractors too. City Hall is at 401 South Alamo Boulevard, 903-935-4421.
Special events: A special events application covers public events on public or City property. File at least 60 days ahead when you expect more than 150 people, or at least 21 days ahead for a smaller crowd. The Planning and Development Department answers at 903-935-4453, and your site plan has to show where the restrooms go.
Food vendors: The City inspects vendors on site and issues a temporary food permit for the run of the event. Applications go in two weeks ahead. The fee is $25 for City-sponsored events, which the City lists as the Cinco de Mayo Festival, the Fire Ant Festival, Wonderland of Lights, Second Saturdays, and Western Days, and $75 for anything else. Each booth needs potable water for handwashing, a pail to catch the wastewater, soap, and paper towels.
State highways: Interstate 20, US 59, and the state and farm-to-market roads around town are under state control. Temporary use or closure of that right-of-way goes through the Texas Department of Transportation, and a city can sign the closure agreement for an event inside its limits.
If you can't tell who controls your spot, your account manager can find the right office before delivery day.

Put units on solid, level ground, and leave a lane wide enough for a service truck to swing in and back out. East Texas clay goes slick after a thunderstorm and bakes hard in August, so gravel or plywood under the unit is cheap insurance. Watch for low pine limbs, soft shoulders, and cars parked in the drive lane on event morning.
Keep every unit at least 15 feet away from food service, and well clear of creeks, ponds, storm drains, and well heads. Job sites work best when the nearest unit is inside a 200-foot walk of the crew. At an event, break them into a few stands so lines stay short, and give the accessible unit flat footing with a clean path.
One cleaning visit a week comes with a standard rental. Summer crowds and crews past 30 usually earn a second.
Where does it end up? In Texas, a company hauling chemical toilet waste has to hold a sludge transporter registration from the state environmental agency. That registration names the disposal facilities the hauler may use, every truck carries stickers and a copy of the registration, and a trip ticket records each pickup and drop. Marshall's own wastewater division runs the city treatment facility and 24 lift stations, moving more than 1.8 billion gallons a year. Your account manager can confirm your service days and answer placement questions.

Most Marshall orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours. Three to five days of notice lets us send the right units instead of the closest ones. Festival weekends, spring weddings, graduation, and the Christmas light season are the tight spots, so claim those as soon as you have a date.
Five habits for a smooth delivery:
Prime Dumpster delivers throughout Marshall, from the downtown square and the older neighborhoods to the industrial ground along the interstate and the job sites out toward the lake. We also cover the rest of Harrison County and the corner of East Texas around it, including Hallsville, Waskom, Scottsville, Karnack, Jefferson, Elysian Fields, and Uncertain, so a project spread across the county still runs on one schedule and one contact.

Expect $199 to $349 for a standard unit and $200 to $300 for an accessible one. The deluxe flushing and sink models sit between $300 and $400, while a restroom trailer begins at $1,500. How many units, how long, and how often we clean will move that. A free quote from your account manager pins it down.
Plan 1 unit per 50 guests across about four hours, then add 15 to 20 percent when alcohol is served. A 300-guest festival works out to six units or more. Marshall wants the restroom count and locations drawn on your site plan, so settle the number before you file the application.
Texas follows the federal construction rule, which starts at 1 toilet for any crew up to 20 people. Past that point it asks for another toilet and a urinal with every 40 workers. Put them within a short walk of the work and book the weekly visit. Call your account manager when headcount climbs.
Standard rentals get one visit each week. The driver empties the tank, scrubs and disinfects the interior, wipes down the fixtures, and refills the paper and sanitizer. East Texas summers, multi-day festivals, and big crews usually push that to two. Ask your account manager to match the rhythm to your busiest days.
Usually not. A unit on your own lot, driveway, or fenced job site in Marshall needs no City permit. You do need a permit for work in the street right-of-way, and a public event on City property needs a special events application with restrooms drawn on the plan. Ask your account manager if you want a second opinion.
Size and entry. The standard model is a narrow stall you step up into. The accessible model is roomier, meets the ground flat, and carries grab bars along with turning space for a chair. Put one in every cluster at a public event. Crews working a closed job site are outside that requirement.
Weekend jobs bill on a three-day cycle, which means a single Saturday runs close to the full Friday-to-Sunday figure. Look for $199 to $349 on a standard unit, $300 to $400 on a deluxe flushing model, and $150 to $250 on a handwashing station. Drop-off and pickup times come with the quote from your account manager.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We'll size the order, put the units where your site plan needs them, and give you a firm price on the call.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
