Find Sustainable Porta Potty
in Little Elm
At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals across Little Elm, Texas, and the Denton County lakeside communities nearby. Construction is steady here, with whole subdivisions going up at once off FM 423 and Eldorado Parkway, plus commercial pads and utility work, and events run all season at The Lakefront, Little Elm Park and the ball fields.
Little Elm is unusual among Texas towns, and it matters to your order: the Town writes its own job-site toilet count into its building code, and that count is tighter than the national one. Everything below covers our ranges, both unit counts, the Town rules in plain words, and our delivery windows.
The Town's own count is the first thing that moves a Little Elm quote. Because the rule works out per builder and per subdivision, a homebuilder running lots in two neighborhoods is looking at two separate arrangements, not one shared bank of units. That shapes the order far more than the model does.
Service frequency is the second thing, and in Little Elm it is partly settled for you. The Town's building code describes a portable unit as one that is serviced and cleaned at least once a week, so weekly is the floor rather than the choice.
Lakeside events are the third. A crowd at The Lakefront on a summer evening is guest facing, and guest-facing orders lean toward flushing models, interior sinks and an extra visit partway through.
Our ranges assume about three days on site, so a lake weekend prices at the base case. A subdivision build moves to monthly pricing with the weekly service already in it.

Request a Quote NowHere the two answers come from different places. The Town supplies the construction figure. Nobody publishes an event figure, so that one is built with your account manager.
Our porta potty calculator will get you close. Your account manager then checks the result against the Town's one-in-ten measure and your builder permits.
Subdivision work and lakeside events pull in different directions, and the model reflects that. The full range is on our porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty carries most Denton County homebuilding: one enclosed stall with toilet, urinal, paper holder and sanitizer.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty is wider, has a flat entry without a step, and carries grab bars and turning room. It belongs in any cluster the public will reach, including park and Lakefront events.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty adds a flushing bowl and much stronger odor control, which is the usual pick for a wedding or a ticketed evening by the water.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink has the basin, soap and mirror inside the stall, so a queue at a food-truck night keeps moving.
The Solar Porta Potty powers its light and fan from a roof panel. That suits a shoreline project, a trail job or an evening gathering away from power.
The Handwashing Station stands separately with clean water, soap and single-use towels, and it is how a Little Elm site meets the federal washing rule.
The Restroom Trailer is a small air-conditioned building with separate plumbed stalls, which is what a lakeside wedding or a long commercial job usually wants.
Tell your account manager who will use the units and where they will stand, and the mix follows from that.
No Town permit covers a unit on private property. Three Little Elm rules shape the rest of it.
The building permit carries the toilet requirement. Because the Town ties adequate toilet facilities to every project needing a permit, your units are part of what the Town expects on an open build. Keep them on site for as long as the permit is active, and keep the service running at least weekly.
One wording question is worth raising with the Town. The same section defines a temporary toilet facility as a serviced portable unit, then words the adequacy measure around a permanent toilet facility. Builders run portable units here as a matter of course, but if your project is unusual, your account manager will raise it with Building Safety before the order is set.
Events are permitted, and the number is left to you. Special event permits are applied for through the building safety department and reviewed by the police and fire departments. Park events go through the Parks and Recreation Department, which approves regattas, tournaments, festivals and similar gatherings on Town park land. Neither route publishes a restroom ratio, so bring a defensible count.
The street has its own paperwork. The Town requires a right-of-way permit before construction work in the right of way or in easements, and those are typically processed within 10 business days of a complete application. Utilities must be located first, with water and sewer locates requested on 214-618-3102 at least 48 hours before work starts. Public Works takes general questions on 972-377-5556. Ask about a curbside unit rather than assuming one is covered.
On a Denton County build, stand the unit on firm level ground near the active lots, with room for a service truck to pull in without crossing fresh concrete. Keep it 15 feet or more from drinking water and from anywhere food is handled, and keep it back from the shoreline and from storm inlets. At a park or Lakefront event, group the units, place an accessible model in each group, and hold a flat path to every door.
Unit contents are liquid waste rather than trash, and they go to a treatment works approved to receive them. The Town's own liquid waste permit is written around grease trap waste, so a restroom order sits outside that scheme entirely, and your account manager confirms the receiving arrangements in writing.
Each service visit pumps the tank, disinfects the seat and interior, and restocks paper, soap and towels. Weekly is the Town's own floor for a portable unit. In July and August, or anywhere guests are involved, twice weekly is the sensible call, and food service always shortens the interval. Set frequency, truck access and the collection date with your account manager before delivery day.

Most Little Elm orders arrive inside 24 to 48 hours, and three to five days locks in a particular model. Demand peaks on spring and fall weekends, when lake events, tournaments and weddings all land together.
Five habits that keep a Little Elm delivery on track:
Prime Dumpster arranges porta potty delivery across Little Elm and the Denton County communities around Lewisville Lake, including Oak Point, Cross Roads, Providence Village, Hackberry, Paloma Creek, Aubrey and Savannah. Our Texas porta potty pages nearest the Town are linked below, with Frisco and The Colony closest. Those distances are measured downtown to downtown, since ZIP-based routing reads long across this part of the metro. One call covers a job that spans more than one city.
Plan on $199–$349 for a standard unit and $200–$300 for an accessible one. Deluxe flushing and sink models are $300–$400, solar units $500–$600, and restroom trailers start at $1,500. A handwashing station runs $150–$250. Your account manager prices extra service visits separately and openly.
The Town publishes no event figure, so plan from your headcount. We use one unit for each 50 guests over roughly four hours, add 15 to 20 percent when alcohol is served, and keep at least 5 percent of each cluster accessible. Handwashing goes wherever food is served.
Little Elm is stricter than the national rule. The Town measures adequate facilities as at least one toilet facility for every ten workers, maintained in each subdivision for each builder holding an active permit. The national table would allow one for twenty, and washing facilities are required either way.
At least weekly, because the Town's own definition of a portable unit builds in service and cleaning once a week. We often suggest twice weekly through a Denton County summer or anywhere guests are using the units. Every visit pumps the tank, disinfects the interior and restocks supplies.
Not for the unit itself on private ground. On an open building project the toilet facilities are part of what the Town expects while the permit is active. A unit in the street or in an easement is a different matter, and that question goes to the right-of-way permit route.
A standard unit is a single narrow stall with a toilet, urinal and sanitizer. The accessible model is wider, enters flat with no step, and has grab bars plus clear floor space for a wheelchair to turn. Put one in every cluster at a public Little Elm event.
A weekend fits the roughly three-day window behind our ranges, so it prices at the base case: $199–$349 for a standard model, $300–$400 for deluxe flushing, and $150–$250 for a handwashing station. For a Lakefront weekend, ask your account manager about a mid-event service call.
Tell us the project or the event, your zip code and where the units can stand. We will apply the Town's one-in-ten measure to a build, work a defensible number for a gathering, and schedule the weekly service the Town's own wording assumes.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
