UNLOCK THE BEST DEALS FOR YOUR DUMPSTER AND PORTA POTTY RENTAL NEEDS!

Home Areas We Service Texas Porta Potty Rental Hutto, Texas 78634

At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals across Hutto, Texas, and the Williamson County communities around it. New subdivisions and commercial construction along US 79 and the State Highway 130 corridor, warehouse and manufacturing work east of town, festivals and markets in the Co-Op District, park and ball field events, quinceañeras and backyard weddings, and farm work on the blackland prairie all keep portable toilets busy here.
Your price depends on which units you pick, how many you need, how long they stay, and how often a truck services them. Below you will find price ranges for Hutto, how many units to plan on, the City rules for events, and how to get a delivery on short notice.
Each range above is for a standard three-day rental of one unit. A Hutto weekend fits that neatly, so a Saturday party and a Friday through Sunday booking usually come out about the same.
Homebuilding runs on a different clock. A subdivision or commercial job is billed in four-week cycles with a weekly cleaning visit, which matches how builders here stage a phase.
Central Texas heat is a real cost factor from May into September. Tanks fill faster and odor builds quicker, so a summer job site or an all-day outdoor event often needs a second service visit each week. Plan for it rather than being surprised by it.
Access finishes the picture. A graded pad off a new street is quick. A back lot behind a locked builder gate, a spot at the far end of a pasture, or a market stall the truck must reach past barricades takes longer on every visit. Describe the site to your account manager and the price will reflect the real route.

Hutto wants the number on paper. The City's special event process asks your site plan to show the location, size, and number of portable restrooms, right alongside your stages, tents, and food booths. A permit also depends on the City agreeing that sanitation is adequate for the crowd.
Food vendors get counted separately. Texas rules for a temporary food operation call for conveniently located toilets plus a handwashing setup with warm potable water, a wastewater container, soap, and disposable towels, so add a handwashing station for each vendor row.
Start with our porta potty calculator, then have your account manager confirm the number you will draw on the site plan.

Choose by who uses the unit and for how long. All the models are compared on our porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty covers most work. It has a toilet, a urinal, a paper holder, and hand sanitizer, which suits framing crews, yard projects, and casual gatherings.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty is wider, with a level entry, grab bars, and turning room for a wheelchair. Build at least one into any public event plan.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty adds a flush and better odor control, which matters at a wedding or a reception.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink carries a sink, soap, and a mirror inside, a favorite where guests are eating.
The Solar Porta Potty runs its light and fan on solar power, useful on a new street with no power yet or a pasture event after dark.
The Handwashing Station is a free-standing sink stocked with fresh water, soap, and towels. Set one beside every food booth and anywhere a crew is working hard.
The Restroom Trailer brings several stalls, running water, and air conditioning, which is worth a great deal at a July event in Central Texas.
Not sure what to draw on the plan? Give your account manager the head count and the layout, and they will build the list.
A unit on private ground, such as a driveway, a builder's lot, or a fenced pasture, needs no City permit. Public streets and public events are where the process begins.
Public events: Hutto asks for the special event application 30 days before the date, and staff set up a pre-event meeting once it arrives. Events that need street closures, barricades, sanitation support, parking help, or police services fall inside that process.
Your site plan: The application wants the number, size, and placement of your portable restrooms drawn in with everything else. If food or drink will be sold, copies of the vendors' permits go in as well.
Streets and right-of-way: The City runs a right-of-way program with registrations for service providers and contractors, a construction manual, and a published fee schedule. Its use permit covers driveway and median curb cuts, tree work, and utility work, and fees are due at submittal and are not refunded.
Food vendors: In Williamson County, vendors at a temporary event need a temporary food establishment permit from the county health district, which covers a single event of up to 14 consecutive days. The Environmental Health office is at 355 Texas Avenue in Round Rock and answers at 512-248-7620.
State highways: Closing part of a state highway such as US 79 for an event runs through TxDOT, with the City signing the agreement inside its limits and the district engineer approving it.
City Hall is at 500 W Live Oak Street and answers at 512-759-4015. If you cannot tell whose ground your unit will sit on, your account manager can help you check.

Put your units on firm, level ground. Blackland clay swells after rain and cracks wide in a dry August, so a gravel pad, a slab edge, or a plywood base is worth the small effort.
Leave the service truck an open approach. Builder gates, curbless new streets, cattle guards, and event barricades are the usual obstacles. Agree on the drop point in advance and keep vehicles off it.
Keep units at least 15 feet from any food service and well away from Brushy Creek, stock tanks, and storm drains. On a job site, put them within about 200 feet of the work so nobody loses time walking a long phase.
Shade helps more here than most places. A unit parked in full afternoon sun runs hotter and needs cleaning sooner, so tuck it beside a building, a trailer, or a tree line if you can.
Standard rentals include a weekly service visit that pumps the tank, cleans and disinfects the inside, and restocks paper and sanitizer. Summer weeks, large crews, and multi-day events usually want two or more.
Texas registers the trucks that carry this waste. A hauler must hold a state sludge transporter registration that covers chemical toilet waste, list the permitted disposal facilities it will use, carry the registration in the vehicle, and record each pickup and drop-off on a trip ticket. Your account manager can confirm your service days and answer questions about that paper trail.

Most Hutto orders are delivered inside 24 to 48 hours. Three to five days of notice is better for a job site, and a festival, a graduation party, or a spring wedding deserves several weeks. If the City permit is involved, work back from the 30-day filing date.
Five habits keep the delivery on schedule:
Prime Dumpster delivers porta potties throughout Hutto and the nearby Williamson County communities, including Round Rock, Pflugerville, Taylor, Georgetown, Coupland, Thrall, Manor, and Weir. Whether your project is a new subdivision off Limmer Loop, an event in the Co-Op District, or a site out along Farm to Market 1660, we plan delivery, service, and pickup around your dates.

A standard porta potty averages $199–$349 per unit and an ADA-compliant unit $200–$300. Deluxe units run $300–$400, solar units $500–$600, and restroom trailers start at $1,500. Unit count, rental length, and how often we service the units set your total. Your account manager confirms it in your free quote.
Plan 1 unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event, and add 15 to 20 percent when alcohol is served. A 200-guest event works out to four units, with an accessible unit and a handwashing station near the food. Summer heat and longer hours both argue for one more than the minimum.
Federal worker-safety rules set 1 toilet for a crew of 20 or fewer. Above 20 workers, the rule becomes one toilet and one urinal for each 40. On a subdivision, spread units across the phase so crews are not walking blocks. Your account manager can scale the order as the job grows.
One service visit a week comes with a standard rental. Each visit empties the tank, scrubs and sanitizes the inside, and refills paper and hand sanitizer. Central Texas summers, large crews, and multi-day events often call for two visits a week or more. Tell your account manager which days run hardest.
No. A unit on your own driveway, yard, builder's lot, or fenced pasture in Hutto needs no City permit. You do need one for a public event, a street closure, or anything placed in the City right-of-way. Your account manager can point you to the right office before delivery.
A standard unit is a single narrow stall. An ADA unit is wider, with a level entry, grab bars, and floor space for a wheelchair to turn. Events open to the public should include at least one in each group of units. Units used only by a construction crew are exempt from that rule.
Weekend bookings use the same three-day basis as the ranges above, so a standard unit runs $199–$349 and a deluxe flushing unit runs $300–$400. A handwashing station adds $150–$250. Your account manager will confirm your drop-off and pickup windows with the weekend price.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We will size the order, give you what the City site plan needs, and quote you a clear price.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
