Find Sustainable Porta Potty
in Fulshear
At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals across Fulshear, Texas, and the fast-growing western edge of Fort Bend County between the Brazos River and the Grand Parkway. Most of the demand here is new construction: master-planned neighborhoods, school and retail build-out along FM 1093, and the utility and road work that follows them. The rest comes from ranch and acreage projects and from community events at the city's parks and along Cross Creek Bend.
Your quote is shaped by the unit you choose, how many you need, how long they stay, and the service pattern on top. Below are our ranges, the count that applies on a Fort Bend County job site, what Fulshear expects before it issues an event permit, and how fast we can be on site.
Fulshear spreads out. A unit at a subdivision site off the Grand Parkway and one on acreage toward Simonton are very different runs for a service truck, and that lands on the price of each visit rather than on the unit.
Rental length then does most of the arithmetic. Our ranges assume about three days on site, so a single Saturday and a full weekend usually come out level. A neighborhood build or a long commercial job moves to four-week pricing with weekly service included.
Unit type is the next step. A flushing model, a unit with a sink built in, or a restroom trailer each cost more to drop and more to service than a standard stall, and for a guest-facing event in this market that is usually money well spent.
Finally there is timing. Because Fulshear wants the restroom positions drawn on a site map two months before an event, the orders that price best here are the ones settled early rather than chased at the last minute.

Request a Quote NowTexas writes no construction sanitation table of its own, so a private Fulshear site runs on the national figure. Fulshear publishes no event ratio, which makes the planning numbers below a starting point rather than a legal floor.
Run the numbers through our porta potty calculator, then let your account manager test them against your peak hour or your shift pattern.
Choose by who uses the unit and for how long. Every model is set out on the porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty covers most Fulshear work: a single private stall with toilet, urinal, paper holder, and sanitizer.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty is wider, has a level entry instead of a step, and gives grab bars with turning room. One belongs in each group anywhere the public attends.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty has a flushing bowl and far better odor control, which is what a wedding or a reception on private acreage calls for.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink puts a sink, soap, and a mirror inside the stall, so guests wash without crossing the site.
The Solar Porta Potty runs its light and vent off a roof panel, which matters on raw ground with no power set yet or an evening booking out on acreage.
The Handwashing Station is the freestanding unit federal rules require on a job site, stocked with fresh water, soap, and single-use towels.
The Restroom Trailer arrives with several private stalls, running water, and climate control, the right answer for guest-facing events and long projects.
Describe the day to your account manager and they will set the mix.
On private ground for a crew, no. Fulshear asks for nothing before a unit stands on a lot, a pad, or a fenced site, and on a job where a building permit is already open the restroom is part of the setup.
Events are where Fulshear is more demanding than most cities its size, and the demand lands directly on your restroom order.
Your site map has to show the portable restrooms. Fulshear's code defines the event operating plan that goes with a special event application as a logistical layout identifying the placement of entertainment, food vending, portable restrooms, fencing, the electrical plan, water access, and how waste will be handled, plus traffic, parking, and security plans. So the count and the positions are not something you can settle after approval. They are part of what gets approved.
The filing window is 60 calendar days before the first date of the event, and the application is not complete without that operating plan. The administrator, who is the chief of police or a designee, decides within 15 business days of a complete file.
When the permit is required at all. A permit is needed where an event impedes, obstructs, impairs, interferes with, or disrupts the normal use of city property, facilities, or the right of way, or where it needs city services that would not otherwise be necessary. That second limb catches more events than people expect.
Street closures need your neighbors. For an event that closes part of a street, Fulshear requires written consent from representatives of at least half the occupied lots that abut the section being closed. Collecting that takes longer than the paperwork does, so start it early.
Three practical conditions. The permit has to be kept on the premises during the event and shown to any authorized city official who asks. It cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned. And holding it does not satisfy any other permit the Code requires, so a tent, a food stand, or an electrical hookup may each need their own.
Costs, in words rather than numbers. There is a permit fee, waived for charitable, non-profit, religious, educational, and public service organizations. Separately, where the City's own direct costs are expected to pass a set threshold, a city services fee is due in advance and reconciled afterwards, with a refund if the actual cost comes in lower. An event that runs without a permit still gets billed for the city services it used.
One useful shortcut. A regularly recurring event at the same location can be filed as a single application covering a 12-month period, at the administrator's discretion, which saves repeating the whole plan each time.
Who to call: Public Works at City Hall, 6611 West Cross Creek Bend Lane, takes right-of-way and utility questions on 281-346-1796, Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 5:00 and Friday 8:00 to 3:00. Your account manager can have the unit count, the service interval, and the delivery window fixed before you fill in the site map.
Set units on firm, level ground with a clear approach for a pumper truck, which matters more on raw ground than on a paved site. Keep them at least 15 feet from food service, clear of inlets draining toward the Brazos, and inside roughly 200 feet of the crew. At an event, group them near the heaviest footfall and set an accessible model in each group.
Fulshear's own wastewater rules name this product, which is unusual and worth knowing. The City's definitions treat chemical toilet waste as its own category alongside domestic septage and grease and grit trap waste, and they require the hauler to be a transporter registered with and authorized by the state environmental agency. Separately, the City's authorization to discharge at the regional treatment works lists chemical toilet waste among the loads that may be accepted there.
The practical reading for a customer is that the destination and the registration are both checkable facts rather than promises. The company that services your units should be a registered transporter taking the load to an authorized receiving point, and we confirm both before the first delivery.
Servicing itself is straightforward. Weekly is the baseline for a steady crew, while heat, heavy use, or a guest-facing weekend moves that to twice a week or daily. Each visit empties the tank, sanitizes the interior, and restocks consumables. Your account manager sets the interval with you.

Most Fulshear orders go out within 24 to 48 hours, and three to five days gets you the exact models you asked for. Acreage addresses may need an extra day to fit a route. Anything tied to an event permit should be ordered two months out, because the restroom plan is part of the filing.
Five habits that keep a Fulshear delivery on schedule:
Prime Dumpster arranges porta potty delivery across Fulshear and the surrounding Fort Bend and Waller County communities, including Richmond, Simonton, Weston Lakes, Brookshire, Pattison, Orchard, and the acreage addresses along the Brazos. The porta potty pages linked below are our nearest in the Houston market, all inside 30 road miles, which is why a multi-site order on this side of the metro usually runs as one route.
A standard unit is $199–$349 and an accessible one $200–$300. Deluxe flushing and sink models run $300–$400, solar units $500–$600, and restroom trailers start from $1,500. A handwashing station is $150–$250, and the federal rule calls for one on a job site.
Fulshear sets no ratio, so start at one unit per 50 guests over about four hours and add 15 to 20 percent where alcohol is served. Keep an accessible model in each group. Because the count goes on the site map you file with the City, your account manager will pressure-test it first.
The national figure applies in Texas: one facility for 20 workers or fewer, then one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 above that, and one per 50 past 200 workers. A washing facility is required as well. Fulshear adds nothing to that count on a private job site.
Weekly is our baseline, and twice weekly suits heavy use or a Gulf Coast summer. Each visit empties the tank, sanitizes the interior, and restocks supplies. Fulshear requires the hauler to be a state-registered transporter, so the load leaves on a vehicle that is authorized to carry it.
Not for a crew on private ground. There is no Fulshear permit for a unit standing on a lot or a fenced site. An event is different: if it affects city property, the right of way, or city services, you need a special event permit, and the restrooms must be drawn on the plan that goes with it.
A standard unit is one narrow stall with a toilet, urinal, and sanitizer. The accessible model is wider, has a flat threshold rather than a step, and carries grab bars with clear turning space for a wheelchair. Anywhere the public is invited should have an accessible unit in every group.
Our ranges assume roughly a three-day window, so a weekend is the ordinary case rather than a premium. Budget $199–$349 for a standard unit, $300–$400 for a deluxe flushing model, and $150–$250 for a handwashing station. Your account manager times the drop and the collection around you.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We will confirm the count and the service interval in writing, give you the restroom positions in a form you can drop straight onto a site map, and price it on the call.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
