Framing lumber, drywall, shingles, flooring, cabinetry, fencing, concrete and ordinary household contents all load without trouble. The limits come from the receiving landfill rather than from a Texas banned-materials table, because the state publishes none.
Keep these out of any Cibolo container: paint, solvents, fuel, motor oil, pool chemicals, pesticides, batteries, propane cylinders, medical sharps and anything containing asbestos. Liquids of any kind are refused, and a container holding free liquid can be turned away at the gate with the whole load still on the truck.
Tires, refrigerators, freezers and air conditioning units carry their own handling at Texas landfills and are usually billed by the piece. Mattresses are often treated the same way. None of them are forbidden, but they do need to be declared up front rather than discovered at weigh-in.
Electronics and yard waste are better sent to their own outlets than buried. And because the City bars private dumps inside the city limits, burying or burning debris on your own lot in Cibolo is not an option, even on acreage.
