Home Areas We Service California Porta Potty Rental Hesperia, California 92345

At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals across Hesperia, California, and the High Desert towns along the Interstate 15 corridor. Tract and warehouse construction, solar and utility crews out on the open desert, church and school events, quinceañeras and weddings, swap meets, and ranch work on the big lots east and west of town all keep units moving here.
Your price tracks the unit type, the number of units, how long you keep them, and how often a truck comes out. Below are our ranges, the counts California expects, the City and county offices that matter, and how to get delivery lined up.
Those ranges describe a standard three-day rental. A one-day party and a full Friday to Sunday weekend usually price the same, so there is no benefit in trimming your dates.
Job sites run on four-week cycles with a weekly cleaning visit rolled in. On a Hesperia tract build or a warehouse shell that runs months, that is the structure you want.
Heat drives the service schedule here more than anything else. A unit working through a July afternoon on an open lot needs attention sooner than the same unit in February, and extra visits are the honest way to keep it usable.
Distance is the other factor. A unit off Main Street or Bear Valley Road is a short run. A unit on a five-acre parcel down a dirt road, a solar site out past the city limits, or a lot with no graded approach costs more time on every visit.

Request a Quote NowCalifornia writes its own job site rule, and it does not match the federal one. Start here.
Our porta potty calculator gets you a starting number fast. Your account manager will check it against the state count for your crew or the county distance rule for your event.

Match the unit to who uses it and for how long. Every option sits on our porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty handles most work, with a toilet, urinal, paper holder, and hand sanitizer. California also expects units to stay clean, private, in working order, and stocked with paper, which is what our weekly visit covers.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty enters at ground level with a wide door, grab bars, and turning room for a wheelchair. Any event open to the public should have one.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty adds a flush and stronger odor control, the usual choice for a wedding, a quinceañera, or a company party.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink carries the sink, soap, and mirror inside, which families appreciate and which shortens the line near food.
The Solar Porta Potty powers its own light and fan. On a desert parcel or a solar site with no service run yet, that is the difference between usable after dark and not.
The Handwashing Station is a freestanding sink with warm water, soap, and towels. The county wants one within 200 feet of every food booth, so count them with your vendor list.
The Restroom Trailer offers several stalls, running water, and air conditioning, which is worth real money at a summer event out here.
Not sure what fits? Give your account manager the crew size or guest count and we will build the mix.
A unit on private ground, such as a driveway, a builder's lot, a ranch, or a church parking area, needs no City permit. Public ground starts a process.
Right-of-way: Hesperia requires an encroachment permit to encroach into the public right-of-way, and processing runs about five to seven business days. The permit is not valid until its effective date, and the City wants 24 hours notice before an inspection. Applications go to the Engineering inbox through the City's permits page, and City Hall is at 9700 Seventh Avenue, 760-947-1000.
Working hours and closures: work in the City right-of-way is limited to weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with nothing on City holidays. A street closure needs coordination with the Engineering construction inspection supervisor and at least seven days notice. You also have to keep continuous access to fire hydrants, streets, and driveways.
Events with food: San Bernardino County requires an event organizer health permit whenever two or more food vendors are present. The organizer supplies potable water, a wastewater disposal site, trash disposal, and toilet facilities with handwashing stations within 200 feet of every booth. Applications and fees are due at least two weeks before the first event, and a late fee applies after that.
Your site map: the county map has to show toilet facilities with their handwashing stations, the food booths, the trash, the water source, the wastewater disposal point, and the distance between them. Getting your unit locations right the first time saves a round of review.
Unsure who controls the ground you have in mind? Your account manager can point you to the right office before you commit to a date.

Start with firm, level ground. High Desert sand and decomposed granite shift more than they look like they will, and wind gusts off the open ground can push a unit that is not sitting square. A graded pad or a slab is worth the effort.
Leave the truck a straight, clear approach. Unpaved shoulders, soft washes, and rutted dirt roads slow a service visit, and a locked gate stops one. Tell us about gate codes and the best way in.
Keep units about 15 feet from food service, away from washes and storm drains, and out of the path where runoff would carry a spill. On a job site, keep the toilet and its handwashing station together and within an easy walk.
A standard rental includes a weekly service visit to pump the tank, clean the unit, and restock paper, soap, and sanitizer. Desert summers, big crews, and multi-day events usually need more than that.
Disposal is closely tracked in San Bernardino County. A health permit is required of anyone who services, pumps, or transports waste from a portable toilet, and the pumper owes each customer a receipt showing the volume pumped and where it is going. Nothing, not even the rinse water used to wash out a unit, may be dumped anywhere the county has not approved. Locally, City sewage flows to the regional authority, which runs a recycling plant on the west side of Hesperia near Maple Avenue and sends its solids on to the main plant. Your account manager can confirm your service days and the disposal point for your site.

Most Hesperia orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours. Three to five days of notice is comfortable for a job site. If you need an encroachment permit, allow the five to seven business day review, and if food vendors are coming, work back from the county's two week deadline.
Five habits that keep everything moving:
Prime Dumpster delivers across all of Hesperia, from the Main Street and Bear Valley Road corridors to Mesa Linda, Oak Hills, Summit Valley, and the large parcels out toward the Mojave River, and we reach the neighboring High Desert and Inland Empire communities just as readily, including Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Phelan, Wrightwood, Lucerne Valley, Helendale, and the Cajon Pass corridor down toward San Bernardino. Whether your project sits on a paved corner lot or at the end of a dirt road, we schedule delivery, cleaning, and pickup around your calendar.

A standard unit averages $199 to $349 and an accessible unit averages $200 to $300. Deluxe models run $300 to $400, and a restroom trailer starts at $1,500. Those ranges describe a standard three-day rental. Unit count, rental length, and cleaning frequency set the rest, quoted free.
Plan 1 unit per 50 guests for about four hours, and add 15 to 20 percent when alcohol is served. If food vendors are coming, San Bernardino County wants toilets with handwashing stations within 200 feet of each booth. Public events should include at least one accessible unit per cluster.
California is stricter than the federal rule. You need at least one separate toilet facility for every 20 workers, or any part of 20, of each sex. With fewer than five workers, one single-user all-gender unit works. Sites with no sewer may use chemical toilets, which is what we deliver.
Weekly service comes standard. Each visit pumps the tank, cleans the unit, and restocks paper, soap, and sanitizer. California also expects units to stay clean, working, and stocked between visits, so desert summers and large crews usually need two or more visits a week.
Usually not. A unit on your own driveway, ranch, or private job site in Hesperia needs no City permit. You do need an encroachment permit to place anything in the public right-of-way, and the county gets involved when food vendors attend your event. Your account manager can help you check.
A standard unit is a single compact stall. An accessible unit is wider, enters level with the ground, and adds grab bars plus turning room for a wheelchair. Public events should include roughly one accessible unit per 20, and never fewer than one in a group of units.
Weekend rentals price as a standard three-day rental, so Friday through Sunday costs about what one day would. A standard unit averages $199 to $349, a deluxe flushing unit $300 to $400, and a handwashing station $150 to $250. Extra weekend cleaning visits are quoted separately.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We will size the order against the California count, pair job site toilets with handwashing stations, and give you a firm number on the call.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
