Home Areas We Service California Porta Potty Rental Lake Elsinore, California 92530

At Prime Dumpster, we provide porta potty rentals across Lake Elsinore, California, and the Elsinore Valley around it. Tract construction off Railroad Canyon Road, remodels in Country Club Heights, lakefront events and festivals, off-road weekends toward the Ortega Highway, and ranch work out on the valley floor all put units on the ground here.
Your total comes down to the model you pick, how many units the crowd or crew needs, the length of the rental, and the cleaning rhythm. Below are our price ranges, the counts we work from, the City permits that apply, and how quickly we can deliver.
Read those ranges as a standard three-day rental, which is the shape of nearly every event order. Booking Friday to Sunday and booking one Saturday usually land in the same place, so there is no saving in trimming your dates.
Long jobs price differently. A housing build or a commercial shell is usually written by the month with a weekly cleaning visit rolled in, and the cost per unit eases the longer the site runs.
Summer heat changes the math here. When the valley sits above 100 degrees for a week, tanks and supplies drain faster, and extra service stops are worth paying for rather than skipping. Air fresheners and a shaded spot help more than people expect.
Access is the last piece. A paved pad in an industrial park off Collier Avenue is fast. A hillside lot above Grand Avenue, a dirt track near the lake bed, or a gated community with a narrow turnaround takes longer, and that time shows up in the quote. Your account manager will ask about the approach before pricing it.

The City requires restrooms at permitted events but leaves the headcount to you, so the ratio above is your safety net. Our porta potty calculator turns your guest list into a number in a few seconds, and your account manager will check it against the venue.

Pick by who uses it and how long they are there. All of them are shown on our porta potty options page.
The Standard Porta Potty handles framing crews, landscape jobs, and backyard gatherings. Toilet, urinal, paper, and sanitizer in a compact stall.
The ADA-Compliant Porta Potty has a ground-level threshold, a wide door, grab bars, and turning room inside. City-permitted events need these in the mix.
The Deluxe Flushing Porta Potty adds a flush and stronger odor control, which guests at a quinceanera or a vineyard wedding will appreciate.
The Deluxe Porta Potty with Sink carries its own sink, soap, and mirror, so the wash-up happens in the same stall.
The Solar Porta Potty lights and vents itself off the sun. That suits desert-edge sites, night races, and any spot where running a generator makes no sense.
The Handwashing Station is a standalone sink with fresh water, soap, and towels, and it belongs next to any food service area.
The Restroom Trailer gives you several stalls, running water, and climate control, which matters a great deal on a 105-degree afternoon.
Talk the guest list or the crew size through with your account manager and they will put the right mix together.
Private property is usually straightforward. A unit in your own yard, on your ranch, or inside a fenced job site does not need a City permit in Lake Elsinore. Keep it on your own land, keep it serviced, and keep it out of the drainage path.
Streets, sidewalks, and shoulders: anything sitting in the public right-of-way needs an encroachment permit from the City's Engineering Department at 130 South Main Street. You can reach the counter at 951-674-3124. The City counts the right-of-way as the full width of land it owns or controls, and it notes that on a dirt road this usually runs about 10 feet past the edge of the traveled lane. Expect to show a site plan, carry a City business license, and name the City as additional insured. Blocking a lane also means a traffic control plan.
Public events: the Community Services Department runs the special event permit, and applications are due no later than 60 days before the event date. Incomplete packets are turned away, so start early. The City requires you to supply portable restrooms unless you can show that enough public restrooms, accessible and standard, are already right at the site. At least 10 percent of the units you bring must be accessible, and your site map has to mark where each one goes.
Food at the event: vendors need a City business license and a current health permit. Riverside County's temporary food facility rules give every booth with open food its own handwashing sink, never shared, with pump soap, paper towels, and a catch basin. For an event of three days or less, a five-gallon container of water preheated to 100 degrees with a free-flowing spigot is accepted, so both hands stay free.
Unclear on whose ground your unit will sit? Your account manager can help you sort it out before the truck is scheduled.

Level, solid ground comes first. Decomposed granite, asphalt, and compacted pad all hold a unit steady. Loose sand near the lake shore and a sloped hillside lot do not, and a leaning unit is the fastest way to a complaint.
Think about the sun. A unit baking on the west side of a lot all afternoon gets unpleasant by 4 p.m. Put it where a wall, a trailer, or a tree throws shade, and it stays usable far longer.
Leave the truck a clear run. Our drivers want an open approach, room overhead, and nothing parked tight against the door side. Wind matters too, so stake or strap units when the Santa Anas are forecast.
Keep units at least 15 feet away from food service, and well clear of storm drains, channels, and the lake itself. On a job site, put them inside a short walk of the work so the crew is not crossing the whole property.
Servicing is weekly as standard. The driver pumps the tank, washes the interior, and restocks paper and sanitizer. Big crews and hot stretches often call for two visits, which your account manager can schedule. Locally, the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District treats the area's wastewater at its Regional Water Reclamation Facility in town.

Most Lake Elsinore deliveries happen within 24 to 48 hours of a confirmed order. Give us three to five days and you get a wider choice of units. For a spring festival, a ball game weekend, or a wedding, reach out several weeks ahead.
Five habits that make delivery painless:
Prime Dumpster serves every part of Lake Elsinore, from the lakefront and Historic Downtown out through Country Club Heights, Canyon Hills, Tuscany Hills, Rosetta Canyon, Alberhill, and the business parks along Collier Avenue. We keep going into the surrounding valley as well, reaching Wildomar, Sedco Hills, Menifee, Murrieta, Perris, Temecula, Corona, and the ranch country toward the Ortega Highway, so a project that spans two towns still gets one schedule and one point of contact.

A standard unit averages $199–$349 for a three-day rental, and an accessible unit averages $200–$300. Deluxe models run $300–$400, handwashing stations $150–$250, and restroom trailers start at $1,500. Quantity, rental length, and how often we service the units shape the final number, which your account manager confirms in a free quote.
Plan one unit for every 50 guests at a four-hour party, then add 15 to 20 percent if you are serving alcohol. All-day events and hot weekends need more. At a permitted public event in Lake Elsinore, at least 10 percent of your units must be accessible, and food areas need a handwashing station.
California sets its own count. Provide one separate toilet for every 20 workers or part of 20, of each sex, and one washing station per 20 workers. A crew under five can share a single all-gender unit. Mobile crews with nearby restrooms are excused. Your account manager will size and resize the order as the crew changes.
Weekly service is the default. The driver empties and rinses the tank, sanitizes the interior, and restocks paper and hand sanitizer. In an Elsinore Valley summer, twice a week keeps units far more pleasant, and busy events may need daily attention. Tell your account manager how hard the units will be worked.
Not in Lake Elsinore. A unit on your own lot, ranch, or fenced job site is fine without City approval. You need a permit once it sits in the public right-of-way, which the City measures generously, or once it is part of a permitted public event. Your account manager can help you check the boundary.
A standard unit is a narrow single stall with a toilet, urinal, and sanitizer. An accessible unit is wider, opens at ground level, adds grab bars, and gives a wheelchair room to turn. Lake Elsinore asks that at least 10 percent of the units at a permitted event be accessible. Job sites are judged separately.
Weekend bookings are priced as a three-day rental, so Friday through Sunday generally costs what one day would. Standard units average $199–$349 and deluxe flushing units $300–$400. Add delivery, pickup, and any extra cleaning stop, and your account manager will quote the whole weekend up front.
Tell us about your event or project and your zip code. We will size the order, pick units that suit the weather and the crowd, and give you a straight price.
Your Prime Dumpster account manager handles the details, from unit count and service schedule to permit contacts and delivery timing, so you can focus on your event or project.
