Standard renovation debris is fine. The limits are set by Florida law and by the county landfill.
Florida bars four categories from landfill disposal: lead-acid batteries, used oil, white goods such as refrigerators and washers, and yard trash in lined landfills unless the site captures and uses its own landfill gas. Whole waste tires and rechargeable batteries are covered by separate state rules. Florida has no statewide ban on electronics, though keeping them out of a container is still the sensible choice.
The county landfill will not take motor oil at all, directing it to the household hazardous waste facility on the same site instead. Appliances, tires, land clearing debris, and yard waste are all accepted but have to be separated before drop-off rather than mixed into a general load.
Hazardous waste, liquids, solvents, fuel, paint, and asbestos never belong in a standard container.
Pull those items out before loading, and run anything borderline past your account manager first.
