On private property, such as your own driveway or a fenced job site, a Largo container needs no separate street permit. There is a local wrinkle worth knowing, though: Largo's waste rules say that neither a customer nor an authorised collector may place a container outside a building or structure without the City first approving the location, so the City has a say even on your own ground.
Public streets and sidewalks are a different matter again. Largo's streets chapter sets out dozens of permit types but names no container or dumpster route at all, so a street placement is not something to assume. Plan for a driveway or on-site position and have us confirm it.
Largo also sets a service curfew. Collection and transport of solid waste by an authorised private collector is barred between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., so deliveries and pickups are daytime work.

The site takes vehicles Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is closed on Sundays. Loads are weighed on the way in and the way out and billed from the difference. The County's administration building at the same address keeps shorter hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays only, which is worth knowing if your project needs a disposal account rather than a single load.
The complex combines burning, recycling, and landfilling on one site, so what is in your container changes how it is handled once it is through the gate.
