Ordinary construction and cleanout debris loads without trouble. The limits are set by state law and by what the receiving facility can take.
Tires are the simplest one. Illinois does not allow whole tires in a landfill, so they travel to a tire recycler instead.
Electronics follow. The state bars covered electronic devices from landfills, and that rule reaches households, businesses, schools and government bodies alike, with the complete device list in force from the start of 2026. Televisions, monitors, computers and printers all need to come out of a load before it leaves.
Chemicals are the third group. Paint, solvents, fuel, motor oil, pesticides and pool chemicals cannot ride in a container, and neither can asbestos, propane tanks or anything in a pressurized cylinder.
Yard waste has its own route here as well, through the Village's weekly collection rather than a roll-off. Ask your account manager about anything you are unsure of and we will check before it goes in.
